Description of Work: We had engineered floors put in our living areas, dining and stairway.. I was told that it would take a week to complete.. It was 4 weeks of my house being in disarray.. I was told in the quote that I would have To find someone to fix the rugs from the bedrooms that abutted the new wood. But because the company also felt that the job was taking too long, they took care of getting that completed for me. They ran out of wood.. So I had to wait several times for more to be ordered. The sale rep that I was working with was attentive to me and came out several times to check on the progress. Customer service was good , but workers were slow and seemed to be going to several places while still trying to complete our job. Also the workers that completed the job had vehicles that leaked oil.. So I was left with oil stains in the front of house..

Description of Work: We scheduled an estimate three times with this company, the first was rescheduled, the 2nd she was going to be 90 min late so we rescheduled again, and the third time, no one showed and we never heard from them again. Needless to say, we went with a different flooring company.

Description of Work: Two workers removed old carpeting in Dining/Living room area and hauled it off. Then they furnished and installed mahagony flooring of our choice. There were a couple of places where the stair nosings at steps down to dining/living room had a gap. These were quickly repaired and made right. Furniture in Dining/Living room area was moved out before new flooring was installed, then replaced after the job was finished. The two installers were courteous and professional and very good. We would definately use them again.
