I went with him because he took the time to explain the material that where to be used and how he was going to water proof it, my concern was that I didn't want mildew, well it's been a year ago and no mildew, it's beautiful and functional and just I ask for. He did an excellent job. He also replace rotten cedar siding with real nice hardy broad slat siding , because we couldn't find a match for cedar, and Luis did the entire front of the second story because I didn't want to loose curl appeal, I was also concerned about resale value, so Lius did an amazing job of that as well .

Luis is terrific. He redesigned my shower and it is so much larger and nicer. He also is an expert in the best materials to use for the task at hand. Would hire again for sure.

Had multiple companies come out to quote and try and repair my bathroom. I decided to have the bathroom redone. The price was great. The customer service was great. It was an overall great experience. The bathroom was definitely upgraded and exceeded our expectations.

I was so pleased with how they worked with me to create something that was not the norm. I wanted a steam bath but really could not afford all the mechanisms and space to do it properly. Instead, we used my existing bathtub and shower combo. We sealed it all the way up with glass and tiled all around, including the ceiling, which we also put at a slight angle so water would flow to one side. They configured my regular handle to allow for the hottest water, and voila! pretty darn close to a steam room. They also installed a whirlpool tub. I am already feeling the healthy effects of both of these options. I could not be happier with how they understood my request and made it beautiful. I will definitely use them again for my next project.

We hired Luis and his team to upgrade our two bathrooms and to install a new kitchen floor. He and his team went above and beyond in several ways that made the bathrooms even better than we imagined. They extended both showers to the ceiling, prior both were roughly 7 ft tall, in 9 ft rooms. The result is amazing, the showers are both small but don't seem so anymore. Further, both showers now have 7 ft glass doors that are stunning. Luis talked about the doors in the beginning of the project. And honestly, I was skeptical. I thought we don't need fancy doors - just new ones. Boy was I wrong and I'm so glad that we decided to go with Luis' vision. Both bathrooms also feature beautiful granite countertops, cut to fit, that we handpicked along with Luis when we met him at a very fun granite yard. Plenty of granite to choose from and both slabs came with under-mounted sinks that look great. Another big value add that we had not intended was the team's decision to tile the bathtub walls all the way to the ceiling. Prior to the renovation the tiles went about 6 feet. It looks so much richer all the way to the ceiling with big white tiles, very eye catching. We had a new microwave delivered during the project and unfortunately The Home Depot representatives were unable to install it because removal and replacement of part of the kitchen wall was required. Fortunately for us, Luis and company took it on. Cezar, who apparently has the physical strength of two normal men, did the job by himself & it looks great. All of the work was done at what we consider to be very reasonable cost and we recommend that you consider Luis and his team if you are looking to have some work done.

Pretty good quality of work. Fast, experienced workmen. Lacking professionalism in writing contract and actually documenting details of what is to be done. Prices are better than many other contractors. Over all a good job.

Shower transformation! Luis and his small crew did an amazing job on a walk in shower, and removal of bathtub. This involved building a new walk-in shower, and tile installation. Luis was great with helpful design ideas, and his crew was very skilled in their work. They arrived promptly every day, and the project was completed in the timeframe we initially discussed. The few issues we found after completion were resolved promptly. Luis was ALWAYS available and very responsive via text and phone. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience, and we LOVE our new shower!

Our shower floor was craking and we wanted to replace it. They did what I wanted without trying to sell me a complete bathroom remodel. I felt the price was reasonable, the quality of work was excellent, care was taken to protect our new carpet and they kept the worksite clean. Highly recommend them.

The kitchen in my 1959 house is original.I wanted to keep the original birch cabinets & needed to replace the ceramic tile counter top & under mount sink & change the wall mount faucet to a sink mount. What I found out is almost all these companies advertised do not want to deal with work unless its a $40,000 kitchen or bath make over.In fact one other I got off "Next Door neighborhood" came & acted interested but NEVER sent an estimate!Advanced Reconstruction was the only one that came through!While doing the plumbing a long time seeping leak was discovered & all that plumbing in the wall was replaced & on a Saturday! I will hire this company to replace all the interior doors next year.

These guys did a great job, they completed it in a timely manner. I appreciated all the steps they took regarding Covid-19 safety. They wore masks all the time. I love my bathroom and that beautiful bench they built. Luis was very patient and caring.

Hired for a full shower install . there were many problems through out the project-- Glass contractor was unable to install the glass due to mistakes, cracks in the grout due to incorrect methods used. Shower has to be redone completely.

Luis and his staff were very thorough and informative with the different options for our kitchen. They removed a wall and added an island that completely transformed our space. The granite countertops where are the exact color we wanted. The new kitchen faucet, sink and lighting made our space feel like Our very own getaway space. Luis was very dependable and communicated with us very well every step of the way.

This was our first time remodeling our restrooms so I was filled with questions and concerns. The contractor was very informative and patient with me.
