+ -1 moreI was unable to use the coupon within the stated time limit for medical reasons, but the owner extended the time for me, which I greatly appreciated. The only problem was that I feel the products were too expensive, and I haven't seen any great results from them. But the facial and treatment itself was very satisfactory.
Description of Work: I got the coupon, and wanted to try the service - complete facial and peel. The service was prompt and efficient, and the place and the proprietor (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) was pleasant, professional, and helpful. I did buy several of the products she used and was selling. I'm not sure the products were worth the price, they were fairly expensive.

+ -1 moreI purchased a big deal for $99 for two hundred worth of luxury skin services for the mother's day special. It was average. I could not do all of the stuff I wanted to do with the coupon because I was pregnant at that time, and they would not let me do some of the treatments. I was not supposed to buy products with the coupon, but they let me buy products with the coupon because I could not do all of the treatments. So, that was good. I liked that they let me use the whole coupon with products because I could not do the services. This was the first time I was using them.
Description of Work: I went to Advanced Cosmetic Techniques a facial, and I bought a bunch of products with the coupon.

+ -1 moreThe definition of outstanding customer services is exemplified by this organization. Appointments are arranged according to your schedule. Have a wacky schedule. No problem. The proprietor will work with you. There is minimal wait time when you arrive to your appointment and the service is excellent. My expectations are always exceeded!
Description of Work: Unfortunately God didn't bless me to have lashes. I've always wanted them, prayed for them in fact. I even considered some type of surgery to improve the look of my eyes. Then one day, I stumbled upon Advanced Cosmetics. I had been to another places and paid significant dollars for lash extensions in the past that didn't work. There is nothing worse than paying money for a look and finding most of it on your pillow the next day. But because of my desperation for lashes, I was willing to try it again. There's no turning back since trying Advanced Cosmetics for lash extensions. I love my lashes and my eyes. And, most of all, my husband does too!
