I was really impressed at how helpful and willing they were to accommodate my requests. They were very friendly to be around and didn't talk down to me when explaining my plumbing system. The reason I gave them a B for professionalism is that I wish they had been a little more gentle with my house. I realized later they ended up damaging some drywall when they took out a pipe and either didn't notice or didn't tell me. But I was overall happy with their work.

Admiral Plumbing came out to my house, free of charge, and determined my water heater was leaking. I was given a price up front and even had a chance to call other companies and ask for a quote. Our water heater is in the attic and most companies charged extra for replacing a water heater in the attic. Admiral Plumbing also has and "Add On" price for this, but it was still much less than the other quotes. In addition, they laid plastic down, had the water heater delivered while the plumber drained and prepared the old one for removal. They installed the new water heater, explained to me what they were doing step by step and even disposed of the old one. They also ran a camera through my sewer line for FREE. They showed me some roots in the line and left me a price in case I want them to return to clear the line. They were not pushy at all and took their time to explain everything to me. They were very thorough, clean and professional. I will continue to use Admiral Plumbing.
