+ -1 moreHorrible company. My realtor asked them to come out to give me an estimate. They didn't tell me they were coming so I couldn't be there, sent me a bill for $177 at midnight asking to pay by that night. The tech apparently called my realtor and said that he couldn't get access to majority of the crawl space under the home and they still charged me a full fee! They didn't do ANYTHING and sent me a bill for $177. The report also stated he couldn't go in most places in the home. What a horrible business. Would never hire them to actually do the work. They charge less for pest control.

+ -1 moreThe first visit went well but when I called to schedule the second visit I was told I have to pay again by the owner Earnest. He said I missindetstood and was not the type of customer he would be interested in doing business with. If you use these guys get in writting terms of service.
Description of Work: I paid $149.00 for pest controll which Ruby told me would cover two visits for flea controll.
