Spoke with Philip about some exterior doors we wanted to replace. He seemed to know what we wanted, but asked for some spacifics, and asked me to email him with info. After that I did not hear back from him. I called several times, left messages, still no contact. After several weeks, I tried again & he answered. He apologized for not getting back to me, said he had not received messages and asked I send info again. I did, and never heard anything from him to this day. UPDATE: 21 January, 2016 After talking to personel at Southwest Exteriors, we decided to give Acme Doors and More another chance, as this is who they use and recommend. Met with Philip on 19 January, and everything went well. We discussed the project which he is eager to do and is currently gathering info and preparng an estimate for it. We also discussed laps in communication and I am very hopeful, even optimistic that he will do a wonderful job. He is very knowledgeable and has many resources at his disposal. This is why I have upgraded him to and overall "C". I wanted to give his company this update, as I understand things happen. You can overcommit yourself when you try to help everyone that asks. He has assured me it will go better. If all goes well, my rating will change as is appropriate.

Phillip is a great guy and does great work, a little price, Communicated great.

They provided easy to understand repair information as well as hardware needed for many home tasks. My wife and I did not have to hunt down a sales person. A great DIY store with decent prices.

Philip was professional, punctual (to a fault), responsive to details that came up during the job (at no added costs), did much of the installation himself with a helper. He came highly recommended from a respective president of a board of directors of a HOA. Would I engage him again - absolutely!! The job was finished with everything to my complete satisfaction. Color matching paint and stain was perfect.

The staff of Acme Lumber Company was very courteous and knowledgeable. Mr. Fields came to the house and measured the door and we discussed the work to be done. His workers arrived on time and did an excellent job in installing the door and completing all the discussed work. They were very friendly and helpful and left everything clean after the job was completed.

I was extremely pleased with my new siding that I bought from Acme Lumber and the installation work was great. Mr. Marino came to do the work and he did a great job of getting our house sided, then painted. He was very efficient in covering windows and other items while he sprayed the house. When the house was done he them removed, the plastic and hand painted all the trim work. The siding has a seventy-five year warranty and the prices were very reasonable.
