First stage of window work was done well. Pending sill repair. Sliding door needed another visit.

Ed was a hard worker & took pride in his work. Very knowledgeable in a variety of areas. Offered good info/tips on work we were planning to do. Accommodated me by taking B4 + after photos & did the work I asked for. Started work mid-morning, sometimes working late. Detail oriented! Awesome work!

This company is absolutely fantastic. From the initial contact to the completed project, everyone involved was extremely professional and friendly, and the craftsmanship superb! Brandi in the office, and Stephen completing the remodel were just terrific to work with. We are so pleased that we will definitely be calling them again for the next projects! The owner should be extremely proud of the team he has put together. It is hard to find passionate people in today's society, and this team receives an A+++. :) Thanks again Stephen!

Mark Chambers was very friendly & knowledgeable from the start on the date of estimate to the finish of the job today. Always with great communication about the job & times of arrival. Always on time & job site clean afterwards. We've already recommended Mark & HMM on our "next door" network website while Mark was here. I hope that brings y'all more business. Mark speaks very highly about the HMM owner/boss and about how well the employees are treated. That's good to hear! Would most definitely use this company again in the future.

Stephen's craftsmanship was excellent. He repaired all of the rotten wood from the windows and also diverted the water from the roof so that the newly repaired windows would last longer. I would definitely hire him again.

Marc was great! He showed up right on time and worked diligently to get all the items in my list done. I now have my shelves put up, my leaky hose bib replaced, and new door knobs on all my doors (I tried to get those things off and apparently Marc knew the trick because I couldn't do it!). I'll definitely be using them again in the future!

I wish I could remember his name. Sorry. Service was great except for delay (one day) in returning my call.

Magnificent work. They did MOST of the work in one day, but had to actually order a replacement door for the garage. When it arrived, they were johnny on the spot getting it hung. We have a couple of other job we would like for them to take care of for us, mainly replacing some old light and fan switches. So will be calling them to schedule that service

Wonderfully well. He left the tube of professional sealant he used so i can take care of changes that may occur over time due to swings in temperatures.

I've been using handyman Matters for years for all sets of home repairs. They do excellent work and get it right the first time.

Rick Phillips did an outstanding job installing my window treatments and mirrors/pictures. He kept me posted on his arrival time and stayed until the job was complete. I will use Handyman Matters in the future!

Went great. They called me as soon as they had diagnosed the problem and got my approval before proceeding. My only issue was the expense. I didn't the charges justified the amount of work done.

Beautiful job. Replaced sheet rock, mudded and texturized.

Not well. Mark was the person who showed up at the house a few minutes prior to his scheduled time. His job was to remove the pole from the ground. When I arrived he was digging out the pole with a crow bar. I asked him if it wouldn't be easier with a shovel in which he replied that he didn't have one. I suggested he go a mile up the road to Home Depot and get one. I suggested he might just want to cut the pole below the surface and cover the cement with dirt and he said he didn't have a blade for his saw. Several hours later he had the pole out of the ground and said he was waiting on someone to bring him a sledge hammer. That never happened and he pulled the pole to the side of the house and never came back to dispose of it. I contacted the owner and told him of my experience. He could not have been nicer and thanked me for letting him know. I asked for someone else to come out to the house to finish the job. They sent a different person. The pole is now gone. When I received the bill, the owner that I had spoken to, marked it "paid in full" and said he was sorry for my inconvenience. Very nice man. Perhaps other employees at this company would be ok to use.
