The project went well. No problems.

The repairs went very well. He was very courteous and professional in his workmanship. He took the time to explain what was wrong with the door and how he planned to repair it. He also showed me how he was going to do the repairs. He completed the repairs in time to repair my bathroom door wellwithin the alloted time. I wwill not hesitate to use this service again.

Everything turned out very well. They were on time and clean; and they did everything the way they were supposed to.

It went very well. Evan evaluated the situation, we discussed replacement options, and determined course of action. Evan had to go to a hardware store for materials, came back and set to work. The entire job was done in a professional workmanlike manner, making the rod and fastenings more stable than they had been before. Evan added an additional support bracket and used a larger wood strip. He covered the heads the of screws and caulked everything so it was paint-ready. He offered to paint it, but since the house is being painted later this year, he simply left it in paint-ready condition at my request.

I called at 11 am on a Friday and he was there in 3 hours. He had to go out for a part and didn't charge me for the time while he was gone. I noticed he also took out the old screws that had been painted on from the previous towel bars. He cleaned the tub after finishing, and took away all the empty boxes. He was very friendly.

The work done was fine. The worker and his assistant were polite and did a good job of cleaning up. They were both knowledgeable in their work.

The work was done with genuine craftsmanship by a knowledgeable professional who did superb work. The end result could not have been better, and I am more pleased than words can say. I am unable to see the result as the flashing is high on the front of the house and the view is obstructed.

The first workman did not do a very good job, but we decided to blow it off. When Handyman Matters called for an appraisal, they insisted on sending, Brad, a supervisor out to check on the work. Brad agreed that it was a sloppy job. Brad spent several hours here remedying the situation. We were very impressed with his attitude and work ethic.

The workman came out and installed the molding.

The whole project was smooth and on time and on budget.

Everyone I dealt with at Handyman Matters was very pleasant. Although some of my tasks were fairly small, Handyman Matters was very willing to do them. They were able to schedule the appointment within a week of my calling, at a time convenient to me. The handyman showed up right on time. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. All the repairs and odd jobs were completed accurately. I was very pleased with the outcome.

He just gave me a flat rate with no free estimate, and didn't tell me how long the job would take.

Excellent! Handyman Matters representative John Turan called to confirm the day before. He arrived at 9am as scheduled. He called me at work to review the job and proceeded to complete the project in about 2.5 hrs. He was polite and professional every step of the way. The work quality was excellent!
