Identified the work I needed him to receipted & from them on he proceeded to accomplish all that needed fixing. The worked in a very organized way, not a minute waited.

I hired this company to repair exterior door frames (rotted wood) 2 years ago. I was so pleased with Stephen's work that I called Brandi at the office and scheduled a date for him to come and install a complete gutter system (lower floor only) and two thresholds. Stephen is punctual and methodical in his work. He hung all of the gutters and installed the downspouts. We had a bee hive near his job site and he even took care of them as well. He installed the thresh holds in the kitchen, hid the screw holes with putty and stained them to match the floor. Great job. I will definitely hire him when more work in the house is needed - he is excellent!

Excellent! The work was completed on time, under the estimated time, and with some professional problem-solving. The installer made preliminary contacts as promised, arrived at the appointed time, installed the exterior door quickly and efficiently, and installed the doggie door quite well - even though it did not fit exactly. Well done!!

Handyman Matters is very busy but once we got on the schedule, Rich was wonderful, very handy and fast. He did a ton of items for $180. we thought it would take him twice as long. Very nice people.

Great! Took a little longer than I expected, but couldn't have been more pleased. Mark Chambers was very nice and did a great job and we would definitely use him again.

We had them come out twice in July to finish up a list of tasks that our previous handyman had left incomplete. We were on a tight deadline because we had guests coming. I usually have each job bid out, so I was a bit concerned at first because this company uses an hourly rate. I didn't need to be concerned though. They were very punctual and efficient in their work. They didn't waste any time and accomplished several tasks each time they came out including floor tiles that needed cut and placed, light fixtures that needed to be raised, connecting a new cook top (that required some real thought since the old one had some unusual down draft venting), assembling a new metal gazebo, replacing a gazebo top (that included battling wasps, I hear), and more. We've been extremely pleased with their work and will be having them back again to work on another list of projects that we are currently compiling.

He was on time, had the right equipment, and did the job well. It was pouring rain, but he covered the art work and moved it safely despite getting soaking wet himself. He helped me move a couple of pieces of furniture to make way for my home office, and did it competently. He also filled in bolt holes from previous art work and added texture to the wall.

We had a kitchen cabinet that was separating from its base on the wall. Pretty simple fix. Damon was assigned the job. He was on time and very courteous. He evaluated what needed to be done and fixed it quickly. Overall the service was fine but I was NOT happy with the $45 service fee. A simple $70 job turned into $115. How much does it really cost to drive a truck out to a location? Come on guys. This was a big turnoff for me and I may not use your company again because of that fee. Would have given you an "A" but you are getting a "B" instead.

I got that good Handyman in the person of Damon Jagge. He started with the most needed items, the dryer connection, then the doors on my shed and then he reconstructed the opening door on my skirting, then the painting and staining were next, and the whole package of jobs to five days to be completed, so there was a lot to be done. It was done so professionally, and so well, I am just so pleased with everything Damon did, he is really a terrific handyman and he did a lot of work in the hot hot sun, so I could see he really wanted to do the jobs well and was willing to sacrifice to do it all.

Called the day before confirmed appointment & on time. Rick knew what he was doing, answered all questions. Definitely will hire this service again.

The appointment was easy to make and much quicker than I expected. Rick fixed them and they closed just fine. A huge relief to have it done so fast. Rick called ahead, came when he said he would and got the job done for a reasonable price.

There was a delay due to rain, but we were kept informed. He arrived on time-very professional & friendly- helped us did the what we wanted. We are very pleased with his work. We plan to use his service again soon. Price very reasonable.

Mark from Handyman Matters called to see if he might arrive and start early. Once at the house, he quickly assessed and fixed multiple door issues and an additional light fixture adjustment I threw in last minute. He made a quick run to the store for a new door sweep and was finished with everything quickly. Mark also mentioned that he remembered assisting my family at our last residence with a faucet replacement. That went well too and was happy to have him back in my home again.

I was told I would get an estimate in 1-2 days. Then was told that he would try to rush it because it was something I wanted to get done soon. It has been 4 days now and I have heard nothing back from the company at all. I just decided to go with another company, who was able to come out today, give me an estimate, and will start the work next week. I don't understand why it would take 4 days to come up write up an estimate, but very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.
