Bill just did a wonderful job. He was punctual, worked efficiently, and the end result exceeded my expectations. My garage looks wonderful now.

All of the work they've done for me has been very good. The gentleman from there has been very nice and efficient. They tend to be a little expensive but it's worth it.

This is the third time that we've hired Handyman Matters and requested Stephen because we really appreciate his handy work. After he removed the carpet and pad, he installed 1/4" Backer Board (2nd floor) on top of the subfloor. Once installed, he laid the tile that we chose in the pattern we requested. He also used "mud" to fill in the grooves in the paneling in the room (to hide the fact that it was paneling from the '70's). He also scraped some of the popcorn from a slanted ceiling and prepped for painting. Lastly, he reinstalled the shoe molding. He always does a terrific job!

Marc called to let us know he was on his way. He was prompt friendly, efficient & professional, consulted us along the way if he had questions. Awesome job!

He called to verify when he was coming and he did everything. Asked for with a smile. A very pleasant young men and a thorough worker.

Technician Stephen did a great job getting the coach light installed. Very complex situation that presented a challenge that would have frustrated many, including me. Stephen's persistence was essential to the successful completion of this project. The interior timer unit turned out to be defective so it was not installed. Price seemed a bit high but will definitely hire for future projects.

This is the second time we've used Handyman Matters. The first time was at my father's house to install a new back door, and then to install a pet door in that door. That was great service, timely and well-done. Once again, our phone call was promptly returned by Walter, an appointment was made for within a couple of days of the call, and Rick showed up on time and ready to work. He installed the hardware necessary (I wanted the TV abnormally high up on the wall, near the ceiling, and he complied without complaint) and then mounted the TV. He was polite, friendly, and professional, and I was very happy with the work. Although he worked a little more than an hour, he only charged me the fee for one hour. We will definitely be calling on Handyman Matters again! The hourly fee for this service was $74, but there is a standard Service Charge of $45, which I assume is for travel time, etc. Very reasonable, I think.

Went very well. Ed arrived on time and after going on the roof he gave me a good verbal assessment of the damage and also the condition of the remaining wood surround. After agreeing to the price of repair he started work immediately. The finished product is very well done and Ed painted and caulked the wood paneling.

Fantastic! Phillip showed up on time was very knowledgeable friendly and had some very good advice for me. He was a tremendous help. I could go on and on!

I called Handyman Matters first thing Wednesday morning, they called me back within 30 minutes, and an appointment was set for the following morning. Quick and easy! Bill called the night before to confirm, and arrived early. He fixed the 3 problem doors within the hour. He was very sweet, and got the job done well.

Technician arrived on time as scheduled to discuss the scope of the project. We received a detailed written estimate of labor and materials. We were put on the schedule (carpentry schedule was way far in advance). The installer arrived on time on the scheduled day (after phone confirmation three days in advance), discussed final parameters, took measurements, left to purchase supplies, returned and began work. He discussed issues all during the construction process and left us with a finished product that met our exact specifications and needs.

Gentleman named Phillip came out to give us an estimate. He was punctual, very porefessioinal and friendly. we instantly liked him. He looked at all we needed done and said the CO would send us an estimate. Well.... its been 10 days and I have called twice. No one returned my calls. Finally some lady called me back and said Phillip was leaving the Company but he was submitting his quote. She said she would get it to use. That was last Friday and we have nothing. the lady was less than friendly on the phone, would not give us any references...Those are private between her and her customers (I thought that was what references were) Silly me! Anyway - We have no further interest in this company. I do wish we could get Phillip though!

Rick came out and did the work. He did a good job. He came out the same day he said he would.

Phillip arrives prior to his appointment time and was very professional.

He was great. He called when he was available early. He completed the job quickly and very competently. I could not be happier. I just wish that I had called sooner.

I thought their prices were reasonable and their reviews were great so I gave it a try. Communication with the company was very good and their customer service is great. Phillip came out and remeasured before he went out to get the needed materials. (Hint: If you have some idea of what you are doing, you can buy your own material and save some money on the mark up). He wasn't able to finish and the company contacted me right away to get me set up for him to come back and finish. He came back on schedule and finished up. Phillip took the time to explain to me what he was going to do before he did it and had me take a look at the finished product before he wrapped up. I feel like I got a good value for the work performed and I was comfortable with him being in my home. I mentioned that I was going thinking of getting some A/C work done and he recommended a company that I ended up using. It was great to have a recommendation come from someone in the industry instead of cold calling. The only thing that I was disappointed about was that they did not haul away the rotted wood. Disposal was not part of our contract so that is not a knock against the company and something I should have asked about in advance. I would recommend this company to others.

Phillip Gardner purchased all supplies and arrived on time. He worked efficiently and diligently until the job was done.
