She was a very small operation. She did a beautiful job. She had a couple of real craftsmen who worked for her. Her price was fair and her responsiveness was excellent. She was quick and punctual. We were very pleased with her.

They came and worked hard. They striped the doors down and did a good job of repairing the cracks and prepping the doors. When they stained the doors I told them I wanted the exterior to match the color of the interior side of the door. They missed the color by several shades. The exterior is much lighter than the interior. They applied the polyurethane before I approved of the stain color and would have to strip the doors to get the right color. I accepted the lighter stain. It has been 6 months since the work was completed and many areas of my door look terrible as if no polyurethane had been applied at all. They told me I need to add more polyurethane in the fall but I didn't expect the topcoat to wear through to bare wood in 6 months.

Juan did a good job, he was on time, professional, and did exactly what I asked. To assist me in color selection he did a three-color sample on the inside of a drawer so that I could select the best color for my pre-existing furniture.

Ace Custom Refinishing did a very good job for me. I was quite happy with the quality of the work. The gentleman was very polite and I thought that the price was more than reasonable. I don't want to say what the cost was, however.
