Tony is very punctual and thorough.

They came on time. They did not rush out and provided great customer service.

The manager came out and sprayed around the house for pest control. We haven't seen ants since and we are very happy with their work.

I originally started using Accurate Pest Control a couple of years ago as part of a deal offered by Angie's List. I found them very professional, courteous, and helpful, and continued the service after the deal expired. They're very accommodating of my work schedule by automatically scheduling visits on weekends when treatment is due (I picked a quarterly schedule), and sending me reminders well in advance. The technicians arrive on time, or notify me there is a holdup at a previous job, and always inspect around the house for any additional problems while treating both inside and outside the house.

The first time they came out, they did a great job, but since then they have not done such a good job. I still get ants and feel like they are watering down their product.

My sellers of one of my listings needed to do termite prevention on their garage. We called several companies. Accurate Pest Control was able to get to the property quickly and for a reasonalbe price.

I've been an Accurate Pest Control customer since the beginning of 2012 and am very satisfied with their service. Jerry with Accurate Pest Control performs my quarterly treatments. He is always on time and very professional. I'd recommend their service to anyone.

Neighbor called me and told me his yard mowing contractor came by to mow his lawn and was stung several times from the wasps coming from my oak tree. I inspected the tree and noticed this hug nest/home they had built on the tree. I sprayed it with wasp spray I had bought from Lowes but, to no avail. Just like in the cartoons they formed a huge ball of attacking wasps and were ready to attack me. I called an exterminator (their name beginning with a T) and told them I wanted them to come out to give me an estimate. Well, they never showed up as promised. They called the next day asking me to take off once again from work in order for me to meet them at my home for their estimate. I cancelled and called Accurate. They said they would be out there in the afternoon. A couple hours later I received a call and asked if I could be at my home in an hour or so. I met with the representative of the company, he inspected, gave me a price and I told him to git r' done! He was very polite and courteous. Because of the aggressiveness in nature these wasps have He said he would be at my house around 6:30am the next morning to do the job, and he was. Within a matter of less than a hour, he was finishing up the job. Price was very reasonable. Definitely will use this company again and will refer them to as many people as I can.

Tony arrived right on time, and asked me a few questions about my place (did I have pets? Yes, a cat). He had a pump-sprayer for inside the house, and went over every baseboard (or if he couldn't reach a baseboard, around the base of the furniture against the wall) in every room and closet. He was very thorough, and made sure there was proper coverage everywhere. He even went out onto my upstairs balcony and sprayed against the house and the outside edge under the railing, then around the sliding door frame. There was no discernible odor to what he sprayed and the furniture that got sprayed shows zero sign of being affected in anyway. The carpeting was a bit damp for awhile after until it dried, but that was expected. For the outside, he had a hose attached to the truck, and he sprayed down everything (plants got watered!). He was very cognizant of his surroundings too and noticed before he started spraying that I had a small container herb garden on my patio. He was very careful not to spray the herbs (since they're edible), and was sure to go all the way around them. He also went through my garage and the outside around my mailbox there. Very thorough, very friendly and personable, and professional. Very pleased with the service.Thanks to Angie's members too, I had a coupon for some money off the bill!

They always arrive on time or call to come early. They treat the inside and outside yard. One time I noticed a couple scorpions in between treatments and they sent someone out two days later to treat the outside again--free. Great service!!! They did not make me feel like a fool when I thought I needed another spraying! Carlos is great. One time I emailed with a question and got a phone call within 3 minutes with an answer.....unheard of!!! I'm very satisfied with their service and will be signing up for another year.

I called Accurate Pest Control because I have been hearing scratching noises behind the wall of my bedroom for the past one or two weeks. I thought I had a mouse or rat living in the walls. They were able to schedule me the same day, just a few hours after I had called. Vlad came out and look for evidence of mouse or rat activity and looked around my house for potential entry points. He couldn't find any entry points or other rodent activity. I was relieved! The scratching noises that I've been hearing are most likely from a long branch that is scratching my roof (tree people are coming out soon to take care of that). He said that runs into this issue a lot and that the branch against the house can sound a lot like an animal scratching. Vlad was very thorough in his inspection of the problem. Although I was ready to pay for the service, I was not charged anything. I will definitely be calling Accurate Pest Control if I need them in the future!!

I pay them $70 for every quarter. They have been really great and I didn’t have to switch to any other service provider. They are very good.

I recently had a storage shed removed from my backyard; about a week later, I started noticing droppings in my kitchen. I googled a variety of things trying to determine if I had roaches, mice, or both. Frustrated - and grossed out - that these droppings kept appearing every couple days, I found Accurate Pest Control on Angie's List. I went to their website and requested an online quote Friday evening; first thing Monday morning, I received a call to schedule an appointment (they're closed on the weekends.) The owner, Ricky, came out to assess the situation. He took his time going over everything with me and did a thorough walk-through of the kitchen, attic, and around the exterior of the house. He gave me an on-site estimate for extraction (mice) and also informed me about other pest control services his company offered. I told him I would think about the service plans he proposed, and there was absolutely no pressure to give him a definitive answer right then-and-there. He told me that I would be contacted by someone at his office to schedule a time for a service technician to come out, further assess the situation, seal an exterior hole, and set traps. I received a call the same day. The day of my appointment, Vlad showed up and took a look at the droppings I found. He determined that the droppings were from geckos and roaches, not mice. He sealed the exterior hole and offered suggestions as to how I can control the roach issue. He was patient and took his time going over any questions or concerns I had. I ultimately decided to go with a quarterly pest control service where the interior and exterior of the house will be treated. The first treatment will take place this week. Both Ricky and Vlad were very professional - I never felt like they were rushing to get to the next job. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services.

It was an emergency call and they came out right away and took care of everything. I have a contract with them.

I have used them for years. They are punctual. They are good at sending out reminders. Any time I come, the service person always asks if I have been having any problems. If I ask them to look for certain things, they are more than willing to do that. The staff treats me well. They charge me for each visit. You can pay by the visit. You don't have to pay the whole contract ahead of time. I like the price, but they are competitive. They are always on time.

They are very professional. They show up when they are supposed to. I have had them come out twice. I just got another e-mail for another follow up. It’s an automatically scheduled follow up meeting. The guy who came out the second time was the same one who came the first time. That guy used a slightly different method this time compared to the first time. He said not to use the same thing every time if you alternate it. He said that we can get better results. They seem to keep a track of what they are doing. They are scheduled to come out again in about two weeks. All I have spent so far is for the special deal I got from Angie’s List. It is for one year, but I don’t remember the price. I am not sure what their price is going to be once the deal expires. As a matter of fact, they come out on the weekends because it’s difficult for me to get home during the week.

It was a big deal through Angie’s list. They were nice, efficient. They were authentic in the way explained as to what needs to be done and I was okay with it.

I didn't like their antiquated procedures. My house has a connector and you can spray into the walls, but they don't have the capability to do that. They are basically old school and do spraying around the house and on the inside of the house. I thought that they could step up and enter my wall sockets to spray the interior walls from the outside and then spray around the outside. They sprayed on the outside but couldn't get to the interior walls. The workers were courteous. I would recommend them to others if they don't have a house with the wall connectors.
