Description of Work: Found Accurate Pest Control with great ratings here on Angie's List and I completely agree! Very prompt - even called because he was ahead of schedule and was able to come treat early. He answered all of our questions and was thorough with treatment. Haven't seen a (live!) bug since! We agreed to quarterly treatments.

Description of Work: Great experience. Tony arrived three minutes early. Explained everything he was going to do and got to work inside, outside, and the attic. Completed the initial pest control service in one hour. I'm going to use them for the quarterly service.

I took advantage of an ASngies Big Deal so the service will be part of va quaterly service. I will be utilizing Accurate's services in the future. Highly recommend.

+ -1 moreIt is $91 per visit because I have a really big yard and I have different houses on the same property. The last time around, they sprayed for bugs in the yard and inside a guest house, an office and a big house. They provide very good customer service, and the people that come out are really nice. They usually try to send the same person out, so we can build a rapport and they can understand what my needs are. They are reliable, and their pricing is fair. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Accurate Pest Control on a three-month schedule for pest control.

+ 0 moreGreat work! It was the first time my home had been treated on the inside, including the garage. He took special care treating the lawn as well.
Description of Work: I received an email from Angie's List for a deal with Accurate Pest Control for quarterly pest control services at $199, instead of the normal $340. I sent in a request and heard back right away - in fact, Mr. Wagner came for an appointment the next day. I told him about my concerns and he gave me some choices. He performed the work better than any that I have had before, making sure to check and spray all areas needing treatment. I was very impressed at how thorough he was. He also carefully checked for termites.

+ -1 moreWe are getting ready for another treatment next week. We pay per treatment. They are very friendly and usually send the same person every time so it is somebody we get to know and we don't have to worry about a new person being in our home. They are very flexible if we have to move an appointment, which unfortunately we always seem to have to do. There is never any exasperation in their voice when we have to change an appointment. They are very accommodating. If we can't be here they will send somebody to do the yard and then come back out to do the inside of our house so they can work with our schedule. They are very reasonably price and they do a really good job. They came out 1 1/2 years ago because we had a ant infestation in our tree. He even remembered three months later when he came out for the regular service and asked about the tree. They are thoughtful and personable people.
Description of Work: We use Accurate Pest Control to spray inside and outside. They come quarterly to spray for pests.

+ -1 moreSales, without the service after the sale, is not good business in a service industry. No matter what perceived good was derived over the years. The phrase "Business First" seems to be replacing words like Customer, Trust, Business Ethics, etc. Overall........POOR.
Description of Work: I've been with Accurate Pest Control since 1994. My credit is excellent and I pay my bills. It seems that the business has changed hands and the administration of services is in question. They would rather loose a long term customer rather than solve a problem or glitch in their administration of their program. I received my renewal notice as always for this year which was $86.50 for continued pest control service. The bill had my name on it and the amount I owed for the current year 2008. I sent the money in on 3 Mar 08. Payments had to be made before Apr 1, 2008. After receiving my payment, no one bothered to call to set up an appointment for inspection. I called about mid-March to inquire whether they received my money order and when inspections would begin. The clerk informed they would call to set up appointments later. On 5 May 2008, I called to inquire when my inspection would occur. She informed that the Manager sent me a letter. I asked what letter? She said he would call me. The manager didn't call me. Nonetheless, I decided to go directly to the company in person and inquire. The manager stated I was being canceled due to non-payment in 2007. If I didn't pay,(1) where is my notice of cancellation in Apr 2007; (2) I was lead to believe from 2007-2008 that contract is in effect; (3) I paid the renewal for 2008 as requested. For my efforts, I get the grand prize "CANCELLATION." I don't know what internal problems, administrative or otherwise, the company is having but to put burden of proof on loyal customers is simply a poor business practice. No thought was given to the "customer" in solving this problem. That wasn't even brought up when I talked to the President of the company 5 May 2008. All he did was send me a certified letter of cancellation with my 2008 money order attached. I sincerely feel that this may be a ploy to get rid of customers who have been with the company for a long time. Customers who perhaps fit the category of "most likely to need services" since initial treatment. Who needs a Pest Control Company that thinks like that or does business like this? You decide. I have.

+ -1 moreThe exterminator arrived early, was very cordial, and charged me exactly what the phone estimate had been. I am very pleased with the results. Therefore, we have signed a quarterly service agreement.
Description of Work: Sprayed the foundation, yard and trees for carpenter ants. Inside the house, treated electrical outlets with a special foam to control ants.

+ -1 moreNo one in our family liked seeing scorpions scampering around the house, so Accurate disposes of them. As long as they do it on a regular basis, there will be nothing for us to worry about. The technician who does the job is a very nice individual, with years of experience in dealing with all sorts of insect problems. We will keep signing the contract until we start seeing the scorpions again.
Description of Work: Accurate Pest & Weed Control made applications to rid us of scorpions, among other household infestations. They do this on a quarterly basis, and we have an annual contract.

+ -1 moreWhen we moved here, we found some sweet ants and Accurate laid out bait for them, inside and outside. We've been using them ever since. They show up consistently on schedule and do whatever's necessary to keep our house bug free.
