ABOVE GROUND POOL CO

Description of Work: Used for monthly maintenance on my pool until he used the wrong chemicals and ruined my liner. Said he could fix it. Drained my pool without notice, returned to put a water hose in my pool and never saw him again. |He doesn't answer the phone and never returns phone calls. |No communication skills and unreliable.

Description of Work: I was not happy at all, because they placed the pool all bent and not order like it was and did not seal holes still leaks , charge us for poor job not good attitude and took equipment , promise to place new equipment with no charge and never did . We had to drain and help perform the job and did not have men power to help do job right , and did what ever "HE" wanted got aggressive because he wanted to get payed before finish the Job and he did get half of pay. I will never use them or" HIM" again. I also feel like they should see what we got for $700.00 took them two weeks to come and go and did not use the equipment we had to make the pool soft and smooth. I STORNGLY SAY NOT GOOD AT ALL !

Description of Work: We bought a Bullfrog Spa from them after months of searching dealers for exactly what we wanted, how much we wanted to spend. Once we decided to go with them, they delivered and installed. We purchase chemicals from their store and they also do free "chemical" checks on our spa water whenever we bring it in. They did a fantastic job delivering/setting up the spa, and the folks are absolutely wonderful to deal with. We are first-time spa owners and they have been extremely helpful and patient. I'd purchase from them again in a heartbeat - and I do!
