Description of Work: Had a sprinkler valve go bad. He fixed it in about an hour, plus found a broken line that I also had him fix. Very good customer service, was prompt in showing for his appointment, and did a quality job.

Description of Work: Inspected all zones and tested controller voltage to diagnose faulty controller. Replaced controller. Repaired cut wires to one zone. Replaced 6 rotor heads, 5 pop-up heads, repaired 3 blown-out rubber hose-to-PVC connections and 3 broken PVC pipe connections. Replaced 3 valve box covers. Mr. Nelson is very professional and I was very satisfied with the work performed. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

Description of Work: My mother's sprinkler system wasn't working and a previous company didn't find were was the problem. He promptly find the problem and fixed, checked all parts and system overall. Even though he worked more than an hour from start to finish, he only asked to be paid for 1 hr of labor. We are very pleased with his work and professionalism.

Description of Work: Sprinkler system amiss after moving into our home. Not fixed by 2 trips from other sprinkler company. Called Abelia for evaluation and recommendations. New controller installed, multiple broken heads replaced and extended or sunk, station valve replaced, missing station searched out. Many adjustments to spray patterns. Future work quoted as well. No pressure. Great and patient explanations.

 + -1 moreHe showed up on time and asked me the details of the problem that I was experiencing. He took time to study and understand my sprinkler system. He then used his equipment to follow the signal through the wires until he found the valves. He used a bridge wire to test the functionality of the valves and then tapped into the wire closer to the control box. This let him know how far back the wire was cut. He then laid a new wire from a section that worked to the valve and restored control to that valve. He was good at explaining what he was doing and let me have a say as to how the work would be accomplished. He was very competent and I highly recommend his services.
Description of Work: I had two sprinkler zones that did not work, but I didn't know where the valves were located. He used his equipment to locate the valves, find the break in the control wire, and restore functionality of the system.
