+ -1 moreI would be able to buy the parts at Lowes, Home Depot, Sears, Ace Hardware for approx. $20.00. And not a master plumber but a handy man doing general repairs would have charged no more than $50.00 If you need a Master Plumber to replace the guts of your commode. Call him. I feel certain his parts will last just as long as the ones you get at a hardware store.
Description of Work: I am a real estate broker doing property management since 1977. I send ABC out to repair a commode that was running water sometimes. Work preformed: Replaced Tank Guts. Materials: 1 ballcock and 1 flapper ball. Material Cost: $37:50 Labor: $145.00 I feel this price is way to high.

+ -1 moreTwo men came out. They were courteous and worked fast. But they did not replace the flex hose on first visit and had to return for that repair, when toilet continued to leak. No charge on second visit.
Description of Work: Replaced shutoff valve and flex hose to toilet tank, replaced refill valve in toilet, and replaced leaky outdoor faucet.

+ -1 moreI am pleased with the service people from ABC Services as they are great to do what you want done, and they don t try to do more than they say needs to be done. I had them in to fix my septic problem in the winter of 2005 and I was extremely pleased with their knowledgeable service men. I had a leaking faucet that needed to be repaired and I was given an estimate before they came. The work did not take long at all and I was pleased with the price; as it was even lower then the estimate.
Description of Work: In May, I had ABC Services out to fix a leaking faucet and the price was lower than the estimate.
