My experience was literally a nightmare. We have been out of AC since 7/15 and just got it back on 8/18 no thanks to Jason. I had to hire someone else. When it first went out he came over and cleaned out the drains but then we still continued to have the same issue the next day. When I texted him there was no response or an eta when he could come two days went buy and nothing. Finally he sent his other worker to come but I had already called a different company. They diagnosed the issue and Jason ordered the part because it was still under warranty. Took the weekend for the part to come in. He sent Scott to put it in and it still didn’t solve the issue. Jason didn’t even look at it but based on what Scott told him he ordered a new circuit board. Told me he was out of town when I asked him about the part and said it was going to be back ordered two weeks. Waited two weeks reached out Jason and the part was delayed another three days. Then it took him an extra three days to actually come install it even though he kept promising me tomorrow. Tomorrow. Came finally installed the part then said it was the thermostat so I bought a new thermostat. That didn’t work so he said he had to call tech support the next day. Said that tech support said it was my nest and he would come by the next day to install my old thermostat. He didn’t show up for three more days and his response was. “I’ve been in an attic all day. “ or he simply wouldn’t respond. Sent Scott over to install thermostat and it still didn’t work so they took apart and left my machine we wires everywhere and said it needed another part and would be back in the morning. We told him don’t bother coming back. I hired someone else who stayed all day until the job was done. Turns out it was a sensor and had he actually not done a half a**job he would have been able to diagnosis it. The new guy said they messes up things so bad it took him twice the amount of time. I have used Jason for years and will never call him again.

Could never reach anybody on the phone. Texted on Thur 07/23 and set up an appointment for Thur 08/06 in two weeks. I did not select the day, Jason (or whoever on the other end of that phone) did. Day before appointment, texted again to re-confirm appointment and provided additional info for contact. Replied text: "Yes". Appointment date came, was supposed to show between 8:30 and 9:00 am, no show. After multiple phone calls leading right to voicemail and text messages, received text message after 11 am as follow: "Sorry. In attic. I call later". That was the last contact, no call back. Seeing all the great previous great reviews, I am wondering what happened to "the real Jason". Did someone do something to the guy and took over his phone? That would explain why nobody could even talk to him. Joking all aside, wasting your customer's time is not funny. Even if you have bigger fish to fry, simply sending a text saying "sorry, I can't come" would be the least one can do to show some courtesy or care.

Jason was very personable and worked efficiently. He respected social distancing and worked quickly to fix the issue.

Went well, easy to schedule with, went over various options.

Workers wee very polite and nice. Answered questions without issue and seemed genuinely happy to check this problem for me.

We were charged $469 and most of it was freon gas recharge. The amount of gas recharged would indicate a major leak but that is not the case. The other complaint is the outside condensers were not cleaned because according to the service person they did not need to be cleaned. However they were filthy and really needed to be cleaned which I had to do.

Replacement of HVAC unit went well! Its working nice and has good warranty. Jason was prompt and got the job done pretty fast. He gave us options on 14, 16 seer units and did offer coupons per Angies list. The old unit in attic was build in during house construction and too large to fit through the attic stairs. Inorder to remove iw we had to remove the attic stairs and then replace after new unit was put in. That was only tricky part so I did hire out a handy man to do this part. Jason did request payment with check instead of credit card due to extra fees w credit purchase. But I understood that and it was okay because I was happy with the work and service.

Awesome!!! Owner was the first contractor to call me back, did not try to sell me most expensive system. Installation was done in a professional efficient manner.

Jason and team were responsive, professional and skilled in their assessment of our problem and installation of our new systems. Our house went from unpleasant in the summer to cool, dry and delightful. We will definitely continue to use them for our HVAC needs in the future.

I called about 8 pm because my air conditioning was leaking all over the place. The technician arrived in about 20 minutes. He inspected the unit, took care of the blockage, and gave me information on how to prevent issues in the future. He was very friendly and the price was very reasonable, especially for an after-hours call.

The installation did not take as long as expected. The process was smooth. The personnel were friendly and knowledgeable.

Everyone was sympathetic, professional and, extremely responsive to my air conditioner problems.

Jason came out on a Saturday to give me an estimate and take measurements. The unit we replaced was in the attic of a bedroom, but was somewhat small. He was able to get measurements and find the perfect size we would need to cool down our upstairs bedroom and living room. The following Monday I contacted him to schedule an appointment for him to come out and replace it- he was able to come out that Saturday (a week from the estimate). He arrived at 6:30am with two other people and was able to complete the job by 2pm. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to replace a unit or service it. Great customer service!

ABC rep was so responsive to our personal situation and bent over backwards to help us out. They did excellent work, also.

Jason did a great job and spend a lot of time explaining what needed to be done and showing me what was done when it was done. He also cleared the water drainage line and installed a secondary line that had not been functional previously. I will definitely use ABC for my yearly service moving forward. I paid $343 in addition to the Angie's List $59 for this job and felt it was money well spent for the work done and time/labor (3-4 hours).

It doesn't get better! On time, fair price and courteous.
