Roland was on time and did a professional job. When he started the blower to push the lint out of the pipes it looked like it was snowing outside. I didn't realize you should have the vents cleaned yearly. It had been 5 years and I will ensure I complete this task every year. Roland picked up or used my hose to spray down the lint that was leftover.

,First, Roland contacted me very soon after I purchased the deal, and set up a time to perform the service. Secondly, he did not give me a 4 or 5 hour window as to when he might be there; it was a 1/2 hour window, and that is much appreciated. Upon arrival, he was courteous, and got right to work. I'd say that it took about a 1/2 hour or so to do. He even provided a new dryer metal hose to the vent. Very pleased with how it all went. and when I need to do this again, I will call AAA again.

To homeowners, just be aware of the $110.00 special by AAA Home Services Inc., it is messy! The lint is not extracted from your dryer vent line/hose in to a vacuum vent cleaner. The lint is blown out using a small hand vacuum blower and the lint lands all over your rooftop and yard. What a mess! I'll give the provider some credit as he did sweep the front porch, but I had to clean up my garden and yard afterwards. I think the company needs to make people aware of their methods for service prior to starting the job! Thank you.

It went perfect. They arrived on time, explained what they would do. Cleaned the vent and removed all lint from areas around the house and on the roof.

Roland is excellent. He was here right at the appointment time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

I actually paid him for the work and he told me that he needed to replace all the bricks on my interior part of the chimney and it would be several hundred dollars probably around 600. He said he would have to report all of this to the real estate company and my agent. I purchased the big deal from Angie's List and he came out and did the work and asked for another check for the same amount. Fraudulently, he gave me a price for the three walls of the box. I told him I was going to get another opinion from another company on Angie's List. The second company told me that all was necessary was to scrape out the mortar around six bricks and that was all that was necessary and there was nothing else wrong with the fire box like AAA said.

He was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. He made sure no dust got into the house--put up screens to keep the dust down. He also went up onto our steep roof and checked for any obstructions in the chimney.

The technician was friendly, punctual and professional. Everything we required. He checked the operations of the fireplace and chimney, and advised us regarding a code violation on our fireplace. He also recommended a few preventitive maintenance items to address. Overall, very professional and very helpful.

Everything went fine. We trust the advice he gave us.

The entire cleaning process took less than 1 hour. They showed up on time, were very friendly and proficient. One person inspected the chimney from outside of the house while another person worked inside. They worked very well together and did a great job cleaning up after the work was complete. I was very surprised by how dirty my chimney was. I could not believe the cleaned up so well after they were done. I'd recommend this company to anybody in need of a chimney cleaning!

The service went great. Two technicians came out and completed the work in about an hour and a half. They were very professional and timely. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I called them on a Monday to get my Chimney Swept and Inspected. They said they could come out on a Wednesday. Later they re-scheduled for a Friday. When Friday finally came around, they showed up hours early, left a card on my door (I wasn't home). I called them to see if they were going to show up at the scheduled time. They said they never work that late and for me to call back later. I'm glad I found out how unreliable they are BEFORE I spent any money with them!!!!

We suspected that we had critters in our chimney. Called several people who are on Angie's List. Prices ranged from $130 - $150. AAA Home Services offered a $115 purchase-deal for a chimney sweep. Their Angie's List rating was good so I purchased and set up a cleaning. Two men showed up at the appointment time. One went on the roof and the other went about setting up the equipment at the fireplace. They put down a drop cloth and their work was very clean. No critters the fireplace and chimney were cleaned. Very good experience.

They got it done very quickly. He was very knowledgeable. They fixed it right away at a reasonable price.

It went well. He takes pride in his work. He gave me tips on how to prolong the life of the chimney, including what kind of logs and size to use, and whether to use wax or wood. I learned a lot as well as got my fireplace working again.

We had just recently moved to this home and had not had a gas fireplace before (always wood burning) so wanted to have it checked out. The original order was for a chimney sweep and level 1 inspection for $115. Upon checking the fireplace, he determined the chimney was clean and did not need a chimney sweep service but did redo gas logs and replaced the "embers" which made a much more beautiful fire. We have now used it a few times and thoroughly enjoy our gas fireplace (puts out a lot of heat also). I was very impressed because he could have taken advantage of the situation and done the sweep for the full price. We will certainly used this service provider again in the future.

AAA was great. They were flexible when I needed to reschedule, and they were very professional. They also took the time to give me some tips on how to enjoy a fire without risking embers discoloring my new stone hearth. Will definitely use them again!

We were pleased with their service. They were very organized and neat while on the job. They ran a little behind showing up for the job, but we were satisfied otherwise with their work.

Went great! Mr. Perez stayed in contact with me via e-mail. Arrived when he said he would. He explained the processes he would be doing. Laid down drop cloths, etc. My chimney AND fireplace and clean...not a spec of soot in the living room. He replaced my dryer vent hose...and even swept the area around the dryer.

They (Roland and his brick mason) showed up 30 minutes late to complete the work and they completed the job....a couple hours longer than expected but his brick mason did a pretty good job. The brick mason left at one point for about 45 minutes for some reason. Work was not exactly as planned on the chimney but he made up for it on the door. All in all, it was a fairly simple job. Seemed like a lot of money for this simple job but, as most service companies go in this area, everything is overcharged.

We had noticed that the wood at the top of our chimney was beginning to rot under the metal chase. We called AAA Services on a Monday morning. Initially I wasn't pleased that there would be a charge for the estimate visit but on hearing that the charge would be deducted from our bill, if we used his services,we went ahead and made arranged for them to come Wednesday morning. Roland arrived on time and immediately set about inspecting the chimney. Within half an hour we had an estimate delivered to our computer and told him we were going to use his services. I called his office to set up a service date. Roland arrived on time on the designated day. It was very hot and humid and we have a very high two story house with the chimney rising far above the roof line. He spent most of his time on our roof. He had all the right equipment and hardy plank to replace the wood. We provided the paint. He had estimated it would take 4-5 hours and at exactly 5 hours he was done. It looks great and we would definitely use his services again.
