Great. Clean and efficient. Nice guy

Very well. I bought a coupon for a $115 sweep and inspection. I've been in the house 2 years, and considering the number of problems I've had, I had been afraid to have a fire in the chimney without having it checked first. I figured it probably needed work. He did find gaps that needed filling. He took pictures and showed me.

Roland was 45 minutes late. He first said the valve would need to be replaced but then said we would need to replace the pilot assembly. That would cost $430. He refused to give me a written quote or to break out the cost for parts and labor. He then wanted to collect for the service visit. His assistant had told me over the phone that he would have the parts and that the total cost for the visit, including maintenance (which he refused to do), cleaning, and repair, would be $159. He said that $159 was just for arriving at our house and diagnosing. He wanted me to pay half of the cost of the repair up from ($215), but I said I would pay when he fixed the fireplace. He insinuated that I was dishonest and took off. I've since hired someone else who simply cleaned out then pilot line, and now the fireplace works perfectly. It was $85 total.

Both Roland and Robert are awesome! I received professional & caring service! Roland came two times attempting to try to clean vent (and I have steep roof) but roofers had put wrong cover which was not removable, second time he returned, the vent had fallen inside attic so could not clean vent either. After roofing company did the needed repairs, Robert (2nd technician) came third time, and was finally able to clean 23 yrs of accumulated lint. Despite of the obstacles due to no fault of theirs, technicians persisted in coming back until the job was done. I',m very grateful, as not cleaning the vent for all these years, had caused one dryer to die and the new one was getting overheated due to clogged vent/no air circulating. Huge fire hazard!

WARNING - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! We were threatened, yelled at, called a liar, and hung up on by Roland, while attempting to have a civil conversation about our services. Extremely unprofessional! Additionally, they said we needed work done that turned out to be unnecessary, which makes me question their integrity. Here are the details: Our pilot light on our gas fireplace would not stay lit. Roland came out and after inspecting said that the pilot assembly needed to be replaced. The estimate provided had no breakdown of parts/labor, just one price for the pilot assembly ($425). He said to let him know if we wanted to go forward and he would order the part. Not knowing any better, we agreed. About a week later, I had a day off and we had not heard from Roland yet. I decided to take a look at the fireplace myself. After simply cleaning out the pilot light burner, it worked like a champ. No $425 repair was necessary after all. So, beware of their estimates. But, now for the big issue. We e-mailed them to let them know that we fixed the fireplace and wouldn't need their services. Of course, we did pay $129 for the initial inspection. Roland's reply was, "So am I stuck with part?" We replied that the part was unnecessary and returns should be between him and his vendor. Appliance parts are almost always returnable unopened. This is a part that I've located for $130 on Amazon and is returnable. Again, he was charging us $425. He responded with a ridiculous e-mail about our repair being a binding contract (the repair which turned out to be not needed), and that if he could not sell the part, we would get a bill. So, I picked up the phone to get to the bottom of this, expecting to speak with someone that is a business man thinking about potential future business and not just focusing on a $130 part that he can't return because of who he chooses to get his parts from. Quite the contrary. He started by telling me that he told my wife that if we change our mind then he would be stuck with the part. Not something that a technician would normally say, and definitely not something that he said to my wife. That sort of thing stands out. He said very aggressively that he did say it and maybe next time I should be there for service calls, as if my wife is a liar and can't handle things on her own. Nice touch. That was followed by yelling, "Did you approve the estimate? Did you? Did you?" Again, I tried to discuss this from a business perspective, wanting to say that if he can't return parts once ordered, then he should put this as a statement on his estimate, or in writing somewhere along the way, instead of calling people liars that he forgets to say this to. It just makes business sense. Also, a parts/labor breakdown would then be in order. But, I got to say none of this because before I could respond, he said, "Never call me again!" and hung up on me. Wow. This kind of anger and aggression in dealing with a customer over a cheap part that they didn't even really need is more than alarming. It's scary. I wouldn't recommend trusting him to come into your home, when it takes very little to make him snap.

The gentleman who performed the service was very polite, clean, and punctual. He took the time to get on the roof and inspect the outside of the chimney, take pictures and explain to me what he was looking for in the inspection. I will definitely hire this company again next year.

Purchased a coupon for $115. to perform cleaning and inspection. One glitch connecting with each other to get the service scheduled: I put in my 3 best times and expected to be contacted. I had to send another message. Once I did, I received a quick note and apology and quick scheduling of the service. They were prompt and professional and performed the services as expected.

Work performed as ordered, on time, professionally and courteously.

I was contacted by the company and we made an appointment. On the day of the appointment, the weather was not very good and accessing the roof would be too dangerous. We chose to reschedule the appointment. The serviceman arrived timely and took care of the dryer vent. There were no issues. I would use them again.

Rolando was prompt on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning out my dryer vent. It very important to get your dryer lint cleaned out as it could cause a fire if you don't. Rolando was professional, courteous, friendly and even cleaned up all the lint that blew outside. I will definitely call AAA Home Services again!

Roland arrived and immediately went to work cleaning my dryer vent. I'm in a two story house so the vent comes out on the roof. He climbed up and cleaned the vent running all the way down to the dryer. He even replaced the dryer hose from the wall to the dryer. Great service and Roland was very polite and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Roland is professional, knowledgable and very mindful of protecting/cleaning the areas of our home in which he worked.

I have used Roland several times in past years as he has always done an excellent job at cleaning the dryer vent. I mean, that when he does it, you have a good flowing dryer vent from year to year. Well last year, I used someone else and his work became evident 5 months later when my dryer vent needed re-cleaning. This time I called Roland again for which this review is for and he came out. He immediately noticed my problem as he could see the vent roof outlet clogged. I told him to please put me on his yearly maintenance schedule because he is the only one, I've found who does a very thorough job. As he completed his job my neighbor came out and asked about him. I told her about my very positive experiences with Roland and asked for his card. I will continue to use Roland into the future and highly recommend him to anyone who wants a thorough yearly maintenance cleaning of their dryer vent. No one will do a better job.

The two man team did a very good job. They swept the chimney from the inside, and were very careful and left no mess. They also inspected the chimney and chimney cap as well as the fireplace. They didn't find any damage or other issues. They explained the type of fireplace we had and how to operate it within warranty specifications and the best wood to burn to keep it clean. They were very personable. I would definitely use again.

Roland arrived on time and he had someone with him to help. He did a chimney sweep. He made sure to cover the area where he worked so that my rug stayed clean. He suggested repairs and came and did them within three days. His work is outstanding and he is very knowledgeable. He makes suggestions and gives the prices upfront so that you can do what fits your budget. He fixed the back wall, put crown seal and 13x13 arrester stainless steel key hole abchor. The fireplace works very well and I am very pleased

Called AAA to have my chimney evaluated for repair and cleaning. Appointment was made and they came to inspect for repairs as well as cleaning. Reasonable pricing Roland gave me, and realized I am a Veteran and worked with my with scheduling return visit to complete repairs. Was completely satisfied with estimates and time to complete work. Will return with update after completion.
