The service was excellent and they were thorough. They even came by on a Sunday when I just called them on Friday afternoon. They were very professional and courteous.

AAA Home Service cleaned our chimney last year, and they did a great job. So, we felt confident in calling them to clean out our dryer vent. I was running about 20 minutes late, but Roland waited. He didn't have to do that, and I really appreciate that he did. Very professional company.

AAA Home Services had cleaned a blocked dryer vent at our previous home, and I was very happy with their work, so I called them for chimney sweeping services. Unfortunately, I called shortly before Christmas, probably the busiest time of the year for them. I left a message, but it was several days before we finally connected. We scheduled our cleaning appointment for a Saturday just days before Christmas. On the scheduled day, AAA called and asked whether they could come over earlier than scheduled, which was fine. They worked quickly and were very thorough, and they left no ashes or soot lying around. They did note a crack in the fire box in our fireplace and advised us to keep a burning log well away from the back of the fireplace. They offered a discount on a follow-up dryer vent cleaning.

Company came out the next day, worker was on time & courteous. He took care not to damage anything in my house. The problem arose with the bill. The price was $10 above the quote. When I called him on it, he lowered it. I didn't appreciate the bait and switch.

He arrived 15 minutes late, but immediately got to work and was finished in about 15 minutes. He was professional and cautious. He came out the same day I called him.

Two men came to do the job. They were on time and did an excellent job. They cleaned up afterward and made sure everything was well covered before starting in order to protect my floors. I was very pleased with the job that they did on my fireplace. I didn't know that I had access to a gas line in the fireplace. They advised me on the change to gas logs (at my request) and helped me make a good decision about the size, etc. I was very pleased with the new option and was excited about the change. They allowed me time to buy the logs and then came back to install them for me. They also showed me how to operate them safely.

I received a discount for being a Angie's List member. They arrived on time and were courteous and covered everything to make sure nothing in my home was soiled. He even wrote down some instructions to to make operation easier to achieve and remember. He is a member of certified chimney sweeps. Excellent service and I will definitely use them again.

The service technician arrived about ten minutes late (but the time scheduled was the tail end of rush hour). He was very courteous, friendly, introduced himself, and was very professional. He got to work after my dogs decided he was OK. He made every effort to keep the area where he was working clean, laid a pad to cover up the surrounding floor outside of the fireplace, and swept the chimney. He kept his vacuum cleaner on the whole time so there was no ash flying around the house. After he finished sweeping, he climbed up onto the roof to check the exterior chimney. He told me the one corner had some rotted wood, that the Direct TV dish was not attached and asked if I wanted to have him remove it (no). After he climbed down, I told him that I had found his company on Angie's List and that he had gotten good reviews. He then went to his truck to prepare the paperwork. He gave me a $10 discount, I guess because of my Angie's List remark, though I am not entirely sure.

Even though only one person showed up to do the job, he was on time, efficient and courteous. He was careful not to make a mess too! I have used them in the past and will use them again.

Service tech was nice enough, but came in and looked up my chimney said the liner was broken and that would be 39.50. I know he drove over but that was about 30 seconds of work, and of course the drive over. I asked him how much to fix it and he said somewhere between $1500 and $3000. I asked if he could be more specific or give me a written estimate and he said no he could not give me a written estimate. I was not impressed.

When we purchased our home, the dryer vent was taped shut and the previous owners were venting the dryer into the garage. They had been told "not to use the dryer vent!!!" For two years, I opened the garage door and dragged a long dryer vent hose outside every time I dried a load of laundry. Finally I called AAA Home Services and described my problem. The owner told me that this was not uncommon and that he would inspect the duct and determine whether it was usable. He arrived promptly for our appointment, tested the duct-work by blowing it out with a high-pressure blower, and found that it was merely blocked. He cleaned the duct-work thoroughly and checked to see whether it had any leaks. Also, he advised me to install a bird guard as there was evidence that birds had gotten into the vent at some time. I am VERY pleased with the results. My dryer seems to be operating more efficiently since the duct was cleaned, and I don't have to drag that vent hose around.

I have used this company for several years, and have found them to be very good in what they do. They are always on time and clean up when they are finished. They have been very polite and honest to work with. I will continue to hire them.

AAA Home Service did an excellent job. I could not believe how dirty it was. I called them when soot started to leak out. They came right over and quickly cleaned my chimney. I thought their prices were pretty inexpensive. They were pleasant people to deal with. I would recommend them.

THEY PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE, WERE ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL AND GAVE ME GREAT TIPS ON HOW TO PROTECT OUR HOME WHEN USING THE FIREPLACE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN WHEN IT IS TIME TO CLEAN THE CHIMNEY.
