Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent by blowing air from the dryer out to the roof. Used a tool to clean the entire diameter of pipe. Professional, returned calls promptly, courteous, arrived at appointment time, friendly, and work was completed in the allotted time frame. Dryer works very efficiently now.

Description of Work: Roland and his son arrived on time, cleaned out my dryer vent, explained everything they were doing/had done, and were very courteous and efficient. I will be calling them again if my vent clogs again.

Description of Work: I have left two separate messages with this company in the past 10 days. They have not once returned my call requesting services. I would not work with a company who is too busy to return a call. Does not reflect good on their professionalism.

Description of Work: I needed my chimney cleaned as I wasn't sure the last time it had been done so I went thru Angie's List and found exactly what I was looking for. Price was excellent and the owner/worker stayed in contact with me about scheduling, even during the 3 day holiday weekend.

Description of Work: had them come out to have a look at the fireplace, was haveing some downdraft problems. They explained to me about how to properly use the side vent to get a better draft upward, then cleaned the chimney. It was done quick, clean and a good job was done. That night i was burning a fire and had no trouble with smoke downdrafting back into the house, glad i didnt have to spend more money on costly repairs or some electric vent. They saved me time and money, two things you cant go wrong with.

Description of Work: Replaced the rotted wood and painted the outside of the chimney on a two story house.

Description of Work: Rolland looked at the fireplace and chimney and found the damper to be rusted out. He took the old one out, cleaned the chimney and put a cap on. he gave us options of what types of damper he could put back on. We went with the damper/cap that would also keep birds out of the chimney. He was very polite, totaly professional, made sure the cap was sealed, sealed some cracks in the firebox. He made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving.
