Description of Work: I had a Sears Craftsman chain drive garage door opener that was working sporadically and the aluminum double garage door was getting too heavy to open by hand. I called and got a diagnostic visit the next day. The prognosis, the mother board was going out on the ten year old plus garage door opener and with the spring shot it was causing extra drag on the motor. The recommendation, new screw drive opener (quiter than the chain drive and cheaper than a belt drive), blue spring and of course I needed an outside key pad. The job was completed within two hours the next day. I am so totally pleased with this company.
