He was contracted to provide me with septic tanks for mine and my brothers mobile homes located on my fathers. He was hired in late November of 2013 and whenever I contacted him with a status check I was always told there were issues with the permits, inspections etc. There was always an excuse. In late December the permits were finally approved and I paid the impact fee's that would allow him to get his construction permits. For the next three months he was always going to "be there next week" and never showed. Beginning in the latter part of February and early March 2014 I would always get his voicemail and never get a return call. In early March I contact SAWS (water company) to file a complaint on him. When I spoke to SAWS I was told that he had been out to my place the week before and dug the holes for the meters. When I told them there were no holes on my property they asked when the last time he was there. I told them he had never been to my house. The SAWS people then decided to tell me that they had received several complaints on him lately and were in the process of cancelling all of his contracts. In Mid March I was told by SAWS to contact him and tell him he was fired which of course I had to leave a message for him. No work ever done.
