I discovered that the garage door had malfunctioned at around 9pm. I reached out through Angi, made an online booking at the company’s site. I received an automated response, acknowledging my effort to contact them. You see, I was petrified at being taken advantage of by the many fly by night operators out there. Angi offered a satisfaction guarantee that allayed my fears. By 8am a technician was dispatched. Ismael explained the cause of the malfunction and offered reasonably priced options for repair of door components and replacement of the motor. I made the decision to replace the motor now, rather than wait for it to malfunction since it was near the end of its expected lifespan. Ismael completed the job to my satisfaction and cleaned up after the job. I signed up for the reasonably priced annual service. Thanks A1! You’ve earned a new customer.

Our garage door malfunctioned 2 days ago and we called and got a service call scheduled immediately. Saturday morning Taylor Bedson called and showed up timely. He Was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional and got our doors functioning within a timely manner. Installed garage door opener quickly, appointment setup for next day. Technicians explained the various opener options and capabilities, the service, and functions of the new opener after installation. Overall excellent service and will contact them again for garage door repairs.

I received a text when Jesus was on his way. He explained everything and all of our options and pricing. He did a 29 point inspection. Once again, gave us upfront prices. Fortunately he was able to fix the problem and get the new remotes working even though our Genie motor is very old. Josh, the serviceman from A1 Garage Door, was on time, did a complete inspection of both garage doors, found the problem, serviced completely both doors and within a few hours . He explained everything he did, and reprogrammed our garage openers. We were very happy with this entire process.

A $300.95 project turned out to be almost $1,400.00. Talked to a woman on the phone and she was more interested in if this were an insurance claim or if I were going to pay for it. There were all sorts of *extra* charges on the bill. I had to get another company to come in and fix the problem they were supposed to fix. I surely will not be hiring them again!

Had a broken spring. Tech was professional, answered all my questions and finished the job in about an hour or so. Straightforward with price and warranty info.

Our technician was Alec and he was so informative and really knew what he was doing. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and made sure that we were all set and satisfied. He came the same day that we called which was a big help since our car was stuck inside the garage. We were very pleased.
