Technician was excellent did the work in a timely manner and everything was fixed. Cost was reasonable and the technician even offered to help put stuff back in the garage.

Frank was super nice, very polite & informative. Went over every aspect of the job, even giving me an estimate on future issues that may need repair(I would have had taken care of then if had the extra money). Great company & will definitely use them again!

Jaime did a great job. He called ahead and arrived on schedule. He was very helpful to talk to and went about his business in an efficient and professional manner.

Joe and A1 did great work. They came on time and worked diligently and went above and beyond. 100% satisfied and will use them again.

On time as scheduled .. efficient .. excellent install.

No show on scheduled time. They had to reschedule. Technician made a mistake in credit application so I had to fork out money in lump sum. Same problem has occurred waiting for technician today.

Appointment rescheduled 2 times. No lightbulb was in garage door opener. The wire connection on the eyes had to be redone.

Too expensive.

From when our family first needed a new garage door because of vandalism the owner was super gracious with helping as soon as possible. As being a first home owner I was apprehensive of what to do or who to call but from the moment I hung hung up the phone I felt so much better even before they came next week to fix the door. However everything was great if I could give them five stars I would put the price to use my own motor and install these doors could’ve been 700 but he came up to twice that. However I am appreciative and thankful for this place the garage door makes slightly noise and he gave me a warrantee. I wish they were more options for two door car garage for instants a key entry but that’s all fine.

Professional and efficient

The company knew everything about garage doors and their operation and did a completed analysis of the assembly before starting any work.

We had our garage door serviced due to it squeaking. They came out and serviced the door in an appropriate time. The job was completed to our satisfaction. However, the charge was pricey. I would have to shop around for a better price. The service was good though.

Pleasant and knowledgeable, was on time! Replaced my spring cables and noticed wheels were in rough shape, so he replaced those at the same time. Definitely will be using them again.

Very professional and easy to work with

Just the overall treatment that I got was supurb. No complaint from me and fast service.

Customer service seemed a little unorganized but Technician was solid.

They have a problem arriving on time as management seems to over commit the work force. But once they are onsite, they do excellent workmanship, are VERY experienced, and use quality materials. The estimator came out and took pictures of the project on his iPad. Showed me options of garage doors to install from the catalog on his iPad. Then arranged a time for the install. One of the panels had damage obscured by the packing material. The installer took pictures of the damage on his iPad and made arrangements to have it replaced. A different installer came out to install the replacement panel. Again excellent workmanship and VERY experienced. When he finished the replacement he took pictures of the completed install documenting the work. The new garage door is much better than the old one and very quiet. The project was a very good value for the money.

Need time to see how the work holds up. Certainly the most well organized professional company with whom we have ever dealt.

They were professional, on time. A1 sent a picture of who was coming to the house.

Excellent customer service and work quality. Wish they didn’t put their stickers on things though.
