A White Glove Maid Service

Lizette at White Glove is great! She is always on time, very thorough and efficient, pleasant, trustworthy and professional. White Glove has been responsive to my needs and scheduling.

So they just cleaned today. I am mentioning this so that you know no time has passed. I had paid for a deep cleaning because my house had gone through extensive remodeling after a ruptured pipe and there was a LOT of dust and general mess. These pictures are how they left the house. The pantry had not been swept (see dirty pantry floor) , the doors were just superficially wiped ( see dirty door hinge), the windows were not cleaned (see dirty window pane), the glass on the windows was not wiped, the fire place had not been dusted properly (see dusty fire place photo), the walls had not been wiped of stains (see the dirty walls), the stair rails had not been dusted properly (see dusty rail), the base boards had not properly been cleaned (see dusty base board), light switches weren't touched (see dirty switch, outside table was not wiped down (see dusty table), and much more. Point is when I asked for a DEEP cleaning I was not expecting such neglect especially after having talked to someone and been assured that it would be a complete clean. Plus with a price tag of $350 the work just wasn’t adequate. Pretty disappointed in the quality of work as my house is still dirty after 4 hours.

Don’t use this company, unprofessional and unreliable. The first time they came, it was hours late. I received 2 cleaning ladies for 1.5 hours. I requested the exact service the following weekend, and received 1 cleaning lady for the same time/price. I called the office to inquire about this, expecting a call on the next business day. It’s been a week and nothing. The owner is rude and difficult to deal with. I tipped all cleaning ladies well, because I figured a company like this, cheats their employees even more so then their customers.

The cleaner arrived on time, actually a few minutes early! Which I like. She was thorough and attentive to detail.

My routine house cleaning service with the White Glove was professional and quick. They showed up when they said they were coming and did a great job. I really appreciated their extra touches like making beds, straightening couch pillows, doing my dishes, and dusting my ceiling fans. The price was good too. I will use them again.

It went great. I had a wonderful experience with the supervisor, Anna. She was very friendly and did a detailed job. I really appreciated how she did a walk through with me at the end to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use her again.

The White Glove Maid Service has always done a fantastic job with our house cleaning. The staff there is great and always makes me feel like a valued customer and promptly addressed any concerns I have had.

I have hired this company twice and both times the job was not complete. I paid a high price to have a very thorough job done so the new tenant would be happy, but instead the tenant claimed she didn't think the cleaning crew had come yet! She sent photos of balls of dog fur under the base cabinet toe kick and hand prints on the walls. The company offered to come back out but the tenant had already cleaned it herself. The other time they did come back out and tried again but I still had to do some touchups. They did arrive as scheduled and toilets and showers were clean. The ladies were professional and polite.

It went terrible and it is my fault for not checking closer. It started off bad when I answered the door and looked outside and the young lady had hit my recycling cart waiting for pick up. It was lodged between the curb and her car and she hadn’t even bothered to move it. After I mentioned it she moved it. I then showed her what I really wanted clean which was the bathroom. I had remodeling done in there and needed her to clean the light fixture closer and cabinet. When I checked later they were all still dirty. She cleaned the mirrors but they had smudges and drip marks. She cleaned my kitchen floor with the same thing she cleaned my shower with. She used something in a spray bottle to do both. She said she cleaned my doors but she didn’t. I could go on but I have said enough. I would never ever use this company again.

Would Definetly hire again. She did a great job cleaning.

Had a hiccup in communication for scheduling (not sure if they received our online communication through Angie's List), but after calling, they had us scheduled without a problem. The ladies who serviced our house were timely, professional, and pleasant. We didn't shop around for a price, so I don't know if $260 for 4 hours work is good. However, it was well worth it to have someone help out--moving is such a hassle, and I can't do everything by myself while on a timeline. Would definitely hire again! Please don't forget to tip, and have bottled water on hand!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Paula comes on time and cleans to my standards, which are quite high. She obviously has been trained well, and takes great pride in her work. I look forward to using this company often.

I arrived about five minutes late, the team was there and ready to walk in the door with all equipment in hand. I opened the door and left the team to do the cleanup, so was unable to give a first-hand call on how they did. The only complaint I heard from the new owner was something these great guys were not contracted to do, and I am pretty sure they would have made noises if anything wasn't perfect. :)

Generally in all the states I have visited task is contracted to complete the purchased hours. I received a surprise when I called for second hour cleaning and have been told that they only go as per 1 day and not based on hour. This is waste of money for 1 hour.

Michael sent Veronica out to the house. She was absolutely fantastic! Meticulous and hard-working; she spent hours making sure the house was spotless.

Cleaning went great for what parts of the house she did clean but we paid for 4 hours of cleaning and she left a little after two. She was very professional but could have stayed longer to clean window seal or blinds or the fridge. She basically just mopped and cleaned bathrooms and left. Our house isn't very big but there was a lot left that could have been cleaned that wasn't.

They finally came through. They had some issues finding someone last minute. They did finally get someone and Christine was wonderful. My only issue was finding someone to show up on time, but other than that the service was great.

Good job, but a little high in price since the house was empty.

Scheduled for a two person team, but an additional team member showed up to help finish the session early. I use a cleaning service twice a year to get the deep clean in the high traffic areas, and ensure dust doesn't get a foothold in the out of the way places. Overall, I was pleased by the service.

First of all, she was late and then she did not stay the full four hours. They did not do a very good job and I asked her to specifically do certain things and she did not do them. I called the business to let them know and they expressed that they would send someone out again to redo the job when I got back from vacation. I have been back for over two weeks and I have still yet to be able to get a call back from them. I spoke to Bethany when I first called the company back and every time I call back they state that she is not there or she has just left and I never receive a call back. They came back out and did a great job.

Only one girl came out. I have had housecleaning done before in my two bedroom apartment with more than one person and they took much longer than the four hours it took this particular person at white glove.

It was the price on the coupon. The only problem we had with them is that they don't let you know that they're coming. The other maid services we had, they would call a day or two ahead of time to let you know they're coming on this date. They just said they would be here in the morning. With the other ones, they'll give us the time. They showed two weeks early and we had to get in contact with the office to tell the maids that the timing wasn't right. We're just terribly sad.

The only thing I did not like is that the Lady did not put my things back. She moved items to clean, and di not return none of them to their proper places.

Service was exceptional . Hard water spots are gone, wood floors shine, and dust under beds and other furniture is gone.
