I have used them for a long time. They come every other week. They are wonderful and good.

They do everything for me like vacuum, dust and clean our home in an 1800 square foot home. The owner Michael makes sure to make everything right. He is always very eager to make sure that I am pleased. I am not there when they clean and all of these letter grades in the review are based on my experience with Michael. If I ever have a problem, he is the one I call and he is very professional. We discontinued the contract for 3 months this year and they were able to accommodate to that and when we come back we use them again.

They do the work for me every other week. I have been using their service for7-8 years. They clean my house; Maria is the one who comes in and does the basic cleaning for me. She does vacuuming, moping, and cleans the kitchen. She was also strips my bed and my daughters, washes the sheets and will re-make the beds too. Maria is always on time and very dependable. The owner name is Michael and he is very accommodating. I am quite happy with their service. If for whatever reason Maria cannot come, Michael always makes sure that he gets someone else to cover her job from White Glove Maid Service.

The man who answers the phone is really good. He is really good about making sure someone is out there to do the work. Their administrative staff is great! They send different people each time to clean the home. The service can be hit or miss. However, the man in the office will rectify any problems. I have no complaints with the service. It would be great if they could send the same person each time. The most recent person who came did a fabulous job. Overall, their service is really good. They will do anything you ask them to do within reason.

She is always on time and completes the work. She is delightful. Whenever she can’t come she will reschedule for whatever time fits for me. If not, they will send another person to do the work for a day.

They are reliable. I've used them for a long time. The job they do is not bad.

I contacted White Glove after I had an in-home estimate by another company. I explained that the previous company didn't consider what I needed as "cleaning". Michael at White Glove was pleasant and understanding and gave me a quote over the phone and set me up with someone within a few days. I couldn't have been more pleased with her work. Not only did she clean all the typical things, she also assisted me in organizing areas in my home that were overrun by toys and clutter. Nancy was sweet and hard working and did a lot without rushing. I look forward to having her back and I have booked her again already.

Overall, the experience has been great. They are very dependable, honest, and courteous. They’re kind of expensive, but they are worth it. I’d highly recommend them!

They have been doing a wonderful job. I have now had them out 3 times, and already have them scheduled for the next appointment. They are prompt, professional, and I would absolutely recommend them to anybody looking for a good maid service.

The experience has been perfect overall. They’re very reliable, and if the employee isn’t able to come, they always call to let me know, and replace the employee or re-schedule. We’ve been using them for awhile and like them.

White Glove has a "Spring Cleaning" service- 2 ladies come for 4 hours. $200. I have had them in to do "Spring Cleaning" several times over the past 2 years. The first time, they did a great job...I was very pleased! The next 2 times, not so good. The last time, in May, one girl came on time and did a great job. The second girl came late, left early and showed attitude when I asked her to sweep under the kitchen table before she left. She was only there a little more than 2 1/2 hours . After she left early, the first girl had to clean everything the second girl had cleaned and was clearly embarrased at what a poor job had been done in the kitchen. I felt they were over-priced, and did not do a very good job. I will not call White Glove again. Also, when I booked the cleaning, I was told the price was $189. When they finished and it was time to pay, they charged me $210. I was told the company had just moved to a new office and now had raised their rates to pay for the new office.

To be fair, I am particular and have had several services in to clean our home. So far, none of them can meet my standards. However, this is by FAR the worst of any of them. Oh my gosh, I cannot begin to express how unhappy I was when I got home that evening and saw their work. They very obviously left cleaner residue all over the inside the oven. You could see it everywhere. It's a self-cleaning oven! I have no idea why they wasted ANY of the 2 1/2 hours they were here messing with the oven. We hardly ever use it. It wasn't that dirty, and now it's a complete mess! Whatever they sprayed in there went everywhere, even into the drawer underneath the oven where we keep saucepans and lids. There's a small rug in front of our sofa that covers a floor plug. It wasn't even moved to vacuum underneath it. We have Mission style furniture in the living room, and they didn't dust the bottom shelf of the coffee table!! I didn't even bother to check between the slats of the end and coffee tables. They didn't move the tissue box on my bathroom counter to wipe it down! As I said, I'm particular, but is it wrong to expect them to move a rug to vacuum the carpet or dust the bottom shelf of the coffee table as part of a "deep" cleaning??? It was quite unbelievable. The blinds were a DISASTER! I could see exactly where they had and had not dusted. Basically, they dusted about 1/2 to two-thirds of each blind. I called that night and left a voice message expressing how very upset I was with their service and not to even think of charging my card until they spoke to me. The owner did call me, we discussed the issues I had with the service, and he said he would send a supervisor and have them call me when they arrived so that I could specify what needed to be re-done. He also said that they would wash the pans in the drawer underneath the oven. The supervisor, Theresa, I think was her name, did call me while they were at our house. I told her everything that needed to be done. I was very sure to mention the TOP inside the oven, since it would be easy to miss. Well, when I got home, everything had been redone and sufficiently except the TOP inside the oven and the blinds. Inside the oven is still a mess. I am going to attach pictures of that, as well as where they scratched my stainless steel sink. I know they will say that they didn't scratch the sink, I don't miss things like this in my home. As I've already noted, I am very particular and detail-oriented. I suspect the sink was scratched when they were cleaning the grates from the top of the stove with whatever the crap is they sprayed inside my SELF-CLEANING oven! They were also supposed to re-dust the wood blinds. I have been unable to go back over all of them, and I can still see where they didn't dust them completely the second time around.
