I had two workers that kind of balanced each other out. They both were very good. One did a great job with being thorough and the other was very good with keeping things on task. At the end it all looked much better than it did before. They paid attention my ceiling fans and paid attention to deal.

STARTING WITH THE SECOND FLOOR, Time spent, Three (3) hours VERY SLOW and incomplete. No dusting on the stairways or windows. CONTINUE TO FIRIST FLOOR: Time spent 1 Hour VERY SLOW with additional assistance for an easy going job. We did provide better disinfectant and deodorant product to add to the mopping water for the living room and kitchen floor. Overall impression of the Firth Time Cleaning UNSATISFACTORY. Having second thoughts about the genuine and credible recommendations from Angie List Service. The company called the day after the service to help correct the concerns we had. They sent our cleaning lady back to our house 2 days later to finish the parts that were not done. The cleaning lady Jasmin was very nice and professional. We appreciate that they took the time to listen to our concerns and correct the issues. Thank you

Made the appointment easily by phone. Mark was very pleasant and helpful in setting up the appointment even with short notice. It was also explained to me that the carpets would be cleaned using a dry process instead of a traditional steam cleaning, so the carpets wouldn't need time to dry. The technician was prompt, professional, and friendly (according to my husband). Unfortunately, we were not overall pleased with the end product of the the cleaning. Stains that would easily be either lifted or shaved off of the carpet with traditional carpet cleaning remained on the carpet after the process was done. For the same price, we could have used a traditional wet carpet cleaning service to have our house cleaned and dried and stains removed to our satisfaction. While I was appreciative of the customer service, I will not be using them again for carpet cleaning in the future.

The service was great and the person who came out to clean the house was friendly and courteous. We'd definitely use them again!

I was pleased with it. I thought they were a little pricey. They did a good work and they're reliable. I didn't have issues. They came to my home and neither my wife nor I were there. They had the key to the house. We never had an issue.

It's pretty consistent the whole time. They did a good job and they were respectful of our property.

Called based on reviews on angieslist; was scheduled promptly for a "deep, spring clean" and given a list of all the items that covered in addition to a "regular" clean. Of the two women who came, one arrived on time, but was rather curt. She seemed upset that she was alone and didn't know if she was going to be responsible for the entire job. I showed her the house and indicated that I wanted the window sills scrubbed out (which she did a great job of) and also told her not to worry about cleaning windows except for our large patio door. She then told me they usually DO NOT DO WINDOWS, but would clean the door since I was getting the "deep" service. What housecleaning service doesn't do windows?! I could understand not cleaning the exterior of all the windows, but to not even plan on wiping down the interior glass??? She got to work promptly and started spraying down our oven so it would soak and then proceeded to clean the bedrooms and baths. The second woman arrived ~2 hours late. The company had called and confirmed she was running late and told me she would stay late to make sure everything was done correctly. She did not stay late. She finished at the same time as the first woman, after cleaning our kitchen and living room. As they were packing up I was asked to do a walk through; the house wasn't very dirty to start with but I did note the dog hair had all been vacuumed well--especially out of our few rugs. Things seemed okay so I told them they were good to leave. Later on though I realized there was a lot more dirt/dust on the floor than there should have been after a "deep" clean and mop. It seemed as though the floors had just been lightly swept throughout the house. The toilets were clean, but no attempt was made to remove soap scum from around the faucets--we had to take care of it ourselves with vinegar. The living room was not dusted; I have a small entertainment center and there was still a thick layer of dust on our receiver. The oven had a bunch of spray residue left in the back which makes me think it was not actually wiped out after the spray was put in there. So, in summary, I paid for a deep clean of a 3bd 2 bath home, of which I only asked them to clean 2bd & 2 bath. They did a good job on the rugs and window sills as requested, but the rest of the job was rather shoddy. I paid over 200 dollars and probably got 75 dollars worth of labor to show for it. We would not use this company again nor would we recommend anyone else use them. Their name "white glove" implies a dust free surface, which was very much NOT the case.

Tom showed up right on time, if not a little before, which was excellent. He did an extremely thorough job. He spot treated stains that we had, vacuumed, and then treated the carpet with the dry carpet cleaning. Our carpet had never been cleaned in the 20 years we've been here and it looks like new! Fabulous job.

I use them once a monthly for general cleaning, the girls are very nice and always go the extra mile. I have wood lament floors , and 2 hairy dogs, I vacuum everyday myself, but love when they come the get all I miss and mop the whole downstairs, to much work for me anymore, they clean the bathroom upstairs and down, and dust blinds, and ceiling fans. No deep cleaning but well worth the reasonable price each month. Thank you Ladies :)

Purchased big deal and got a very fast response on scheduling. Day of service, everything went as expected. The worker (sorry can't remember his name!) was very thorough, polite, and professional. He did a great job cleaning everything and exceeded my expectations on some really bad pet stains. My carpet was left clean and most importantly DRY, which is something that is just much more convenient. I would use them again. Recommend.

We chose this company because they are able to clean on saturdays, usually. For the price, the service is fine. It has always been one person that comes. We also tried a few other cleaning services, but they would not work on saturdays. The other services probably did a better job (they send two, or three cleaning persons) but the prices were much higher, and were going up frequently.

We had good results and we had no concerns.

They got here way earlier than expected which was great. We were going crazy trying to get stuff moved out since we were moving and they were exceptionally friendly. I also needed a receipt for the service to give to my leasing office, but they didn't have one on hand. They gave me the number to call directly and I had a receipt in under a minute straight to my email. They made a stressful day much easier for us. Fantastic service.

I searched all over to find the perfect cleaning service for my situation as I am a mother of two kids and in nursing school. I have a 1 yr old and a 3 yr old. I set out on a mission to find someone who would give me "mom clean" services and hiring the White Glove was a huge mistake! One woman showed up on time but without her partner and I thought things were going ok. She was very nice and agreeable but then the other woman showed up.. she looked hung over and had biker propaganda all over her car. When she started cleaning my bathroom all I could here from my bedroom (down the hallway) was "Jesus, d***...UGH, uuummmm, oh GAWD!" I was so irritated that I had TO LEAVE MY HOUSE and go to the store before I said something to her. She spent 2 hrs in my bathroom and when she moved on the my kids rooms that is when her partner said she was leaving.. I did not question it bc I thought the other lady would be there to finish the job so, I tipped her 20 bucks. As soon as that woman left, the other woman left too!!! I ordered the spring cleaning package for around 200 dollars and it includes dusting blinds, base boards, and mopping the floors. She didnt TOUCH my daughters room. The only thing that was cleaned was my kitchen and my bathroom but the bathroom wasnt mopped either. I called the owner and he was very nice and sent one of them back to finish the job but she didnt dust my base boards!!! I called again and he said he would give me a discount for future cleaning and I agreed but, I will not let any of these people in my house again. Their website claims that they run criminal checks on their employees and put them through training programs but, when I posted on facebook about my experience... I found out that a close friend of mine worked there for 3 yrs as a manager. (she is now a nurse) and she said that they dont train the employees and some of them have never even picked up a mop. This place is bad news with bad employees, dont let them into your home! I had to mop my own floors that evening bc my 3 yr old told me that the parts they did "mop" were sticky!!! The only reason I give this place anything above an F is bc the manager seemingly tried to make things better but, in the long run-- he did not.

They're very flexible with scheduling and they do a good job. We were using two cleaning people at first, but now we just have one.

Vacuuming, dusting, floors, makes beds, does laundry, and other tasks when asked. They are timely and satisfied with their work. They felixble with scheduling changes.

Michael the owner of the company is great to work with. Any problems that come up he takes care of them. We have a maid come out about once a month. Each time we get a different person. Depending on the person who comes out, the time it takes them to clean our house varies. Cindy was the best so far and she took the least time to clean, she finished up in about 3 1/2 hours. The last person that came in took about 5 1/2 hours. Our house is a single level 1900 square foot home. Overall this is a great company to work with. Just wish we could get the same person each time.

They did a good job. I have a different service now that is less expensive and does more. I have no complaints with them.

She's like one of the family now! She does a really good, thorough cleaning job. She does the bathroom really well - puts everything back, cleans the shower and tub (as needed). She'll change the linens, vacuum, cleans the counters in the kitchen, and mops the floors. On the rare occasions when she gets sick or goes on vacation, the office offers to send someone else out; we typically wait till the next time she's scheduled. We trust her with a key to our home.

We're very happy with them to keep them for so long. They use a mix of my mops and floor cleaner, and she uses her own dusting and cleaners. Ramona is our cleaner, and she's become almost like family - she knows about our kids, has seen them grow up, and loves our dogs.

One employee spent the entire 2 hrs cleaning the kitchen, half of which had already been cleaned.. She did a great job, but that was all she did. |The othe employee cleaned the bathroom and bedroom, but it was not the deep cleaning described. She did not move furniture when vacuuming . She did however, clean the bathroom to the best of her ability. I had to go to the store and buy Clorox which I thought was an unusual request. |

Disappointed. I paid for my parents to have a "Deep Cleaning " of their home - two maids for 4 hours. One maid came for approximately two hours and left because she had to pick up family at the airport! I understand that employees don't always do but I was told that two maids would come for 4 hours by the receptionist and only one maid came for 2 hours and didn't do a good job much less a "deep cleaning". I will say that when I called to complain on the answer machine (as it was after hours) the owner did call me within a few hours and offered to send their trainer to clean the house. I was put off by this point and declined his offer and he refunded my money for the cleaning without any argument - so credit where credit is due - if there was a grade fro responsive management I would give a high grade. Very sorry this place didn't work out.....

They have been doing work for me and my daughter for a couple of years; Now they do the work for my daughter once a month or once every 2 months. They are very good. They are punctual and they are reasonably priced. They get down and clean baseboards and even dust things by moving them. If there was something that I specifically wanted them to do, they would also do it. They do a thorough cleaning job. They bring their own equipment and cleaning supplies too. They stay for about 4 hours. When they do a deep cleaning, they will bring along 2 employees. I was also impressed for this one time that they cleaned my daughters shower door, they were able to get the lime off and it looked brand new.
