Description of Work: Not happy with service at all. Maid spilled water on my hall runner which sits on wood floor, had to roll back runner and dry. My living room carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed when she ran the cleaner over it. Said the general cleaning did not include vacuuming pet hair off the furniture that was a different level of service not included in general cleaning. Only stayed 3 of the 4 hours I paid for. I would have asked her to stay another hour, but I just wanted her out of my house.

Description of Work: I contacted them on a Monday to do some detailed cleaning of my residence. They scheduled the cleaning for the following morning. Tiffany did a wonderful job on the requested cleaning (bathroom, kitchen, windows), and even cleaned the floors and ceiling fans. The service was wonderful from start to finish. I have already scheduled them to do another cleaning next month.

Description of Work: The employee came on time and was very personnal . We descussed what needed to be done and she started right away. If she had questions she asked before she did it. Very nice young lady. Everything was done as promised. I will have them back again.

Previous to this I spoke with a gentleman on the phone saying that my boyfriend had been a bachelor for a long time and it needed a good scrubbing. He was polite and very professional and assured me they could take on this task! | |Staff arrived on time and were very friendly. But the quality of the work was terrible. Besides the floors which were satisfactory, you couldn't tell a cleaning crew had been there. Bathrooms were not clean. Kitchen was not clean. Mirrors were smeared, counter surfaces untouched, stove top untouched. Etc. And they left early. | | I took pictures of the dirty paper towels I used on the kitchen after they left for management. The woman who followed up said she would be glad to discount my next scheduled appointment. Why would I pay for another service that was so awful In the first place. | |If your house needs wiped down I am sure this would be fine. If your house needs "cleaned" I wouldn't waste your money.

Description of Work: They are on a biweekly basis with us for cleaning the house. They clean about 3500 sq feet, and they last came out last week.

Description of Work: Marie and Cindy did a Spring Cleaning and did an excellent job. They would have me check each room as they were done to see if everything was good which it was. I have no complaints at all and plan on using them again for regular service

Description of Work: We have been using them for awhile. I use them for every 3 weeks. They do basic housecleaning where they come in and clean the floors, clean counter tops, and bathrooms etc. I like that the people who they send are friendly and helpful. If I tell them I don’t want them to do something, they try not to do that; and they listen to my needs. I usually have the same employees who come every time. I had special needs with my child and if the employees are sick they do make sure to bring someone out who isn’t, but they do give me a heads up.

Description of Work: I have used White Glove Cleaning Services for about 20 years now, which should say something about how much I like and depend on them. I use them 3-5 times a year, which is a more difficult job for the housecleaner than if I used them bi-monthly or weekly. I usually get a different person come every time, although there have been some repeats. By and large they are very competent, hard-working and know what they are doing. I want them for 4 hours of cleaning, not for "per job" cleaning, so I can ask them to do the things that I have let accumulate and particularly hate to do myself ( mop floors, detail bathrooms, put fresh sheets on beds), and I can do the things I like (dusting, dishes, picking up). The women they get are very thorough and, IF something is missed, I can point it out and they are quick to please. (Note: When they are using an employee for the first few times, they have a supervisor come and inspect their work. I guess this is how they keep high quality in their hiring.) They bring their own cleaning supplies, which is a plus for many people. I have something special I like to use on my hardwood floors, and they are glad to use it. One time, I had an appointment which I had made well in advance, and the person did not show. It was a real headache for me, because I use the service when I am having a party or out of town company the day of. However, I was able to get it done myself and this has not happened again. I do not tip, and I know exactly how much I have to pay up front. I tried to tip once, and the lady shook her head and said she didn't accept tips. The only advice I have is if you need help during the holiday season, book well in advance, as they get busy with people like me. I love the feeling of having an all-at-once clean house that they give me, and not being so dead tired myself I can't enjoy it! Hint: Give a gift certificate to your loved one for this and they will love you for it. My husband did and I do!
