+ -1 moreIt was fine at first and they would gradually increase fees. I do not like the 2 yr contracts you have to resign if you get a new iphone. /the early termination fees are very high and if you want to switch companies they make it as difficult as they can for you to switch. There are several companies providing the same service for a lot less money. I am waiting for my contract to exspire in April and when it does I am switching to T-Mobile.

+ 1 moreThey are very friendly and very helpful. Even though they are crowded they have enough people that I don't have to wait forever. No matter what problem I have, they say they will be able to take care of it. They are very good and very professional. I like my iPhone.
