I was so impressed with A-Snap Plumbing. Roger and George came out to fix a dripping faucet. One thing led to another and for $159 dollars they installed a new faucet that I ran out an bought, replaced the lines and the turn on/off valves, blew out the lines because we had so much sediment. They stayed until the job was done and had to take things apart and put them back together multiple times because the sediment in our hot water line kept stopping up the new faucet. Great service, great attitudes!

They visited twice, didn't have proper tools either time. After second visit said they would be back, but never came back and I couldn't get them to answer phone or return calls. Turns out they told home support company was not covered by policy. After I found this out I had the home support company request a second opinion and got the work done. A-Snap billed the home support company for their visit(s) and I had to pay the home support company. They didn't even have the professionalism or courtesy to contact me for that.

Description of Work: Roger and the staff have worked with us on a bath repair and renovation, providing great service and thoroughly explaining the process. Tasks included repairing two leaks and replacing a shower valve. We recommend A-Snap and appreciate their quick, quality service!
