Description of Work: Service call ($132.60) Sharp Drawer Microwave 10/21/15-no heat, replaced part, working fine; however, drawer keeps opening by itself several times after closing. Called A&E again b/c it was not doing this before. Service call ($39.50) replaced rivet (12/1/15). Door still opening. Service call (N/C) adjusted door assy (1/12/116). Door still opening. Called 11 times, one time, tech was coming over will call, other calls never returned. Called another service company and having microwave fixed.

Description of Work: all they did was deliver a microwave. said they couldn't install because they were not allowed to cut sheet rock. this appliance was ordered by American home shield warranty program. We had to pay a separate company to fit microwave into above oven space.

+ -1 moreThe technician was very professional and pleasant. He communicated options clearly to me, explained the problem, and kept in touch while part was on order. He provided two hour windows for repair appts, which is always nice.
Description of Work: Replaced door with broken spring attachment on my microwave.
