Scam, scam, scam. This guy had no idea how to repair our oven. I had to explain the difference between convection and conventional bake. After much putzing around and looking dumbfounded, he put a temp meter on the oven and proudly advised that I was correct in my report that the oven is not heating properly... And then advised he cannot fix it. Supposedly, he could not get the part. Low and behold, the part is available directly from Samsung. A & E charged $164.00 for a diagnostic fee/service call. Calling the company and speaking to overseas operators with broken english was no help. They are trained well to continue repeating "the service call is not refundable." I cannot say rip off loud enough! Do not use this company. PS My guess is the two positive reviews here are not authentic. Check out google reviews for thousands of negative reviews.
Description of Work: Range not holding temperature for cooking. They sent a "technician" who clearly did not know what he was doing.

It went very well! Dishwasher works as supposed to. GOOD JOB!
Description of Work: Diagnose no operation of dishwasher and replaced the ECM. Service tech was prompt to arrive, diagnose, and repair this machine. Very professional and friendly! Enjoyed the visit and quality of the work performed was excellent.
