We would not recommend this company as they were really unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional. We were disappointed and inconvenienced as we had to take time off from our jobs to make the move. Ultimately, we ended up canceling their service to go with another company.

The unloading was professionally done, and the three young men remained steadfast in their task for four consecutive hours, with only a short break period. The items in the trailer had significantly shifted. Knowledge of their craft ensured minimal breakage from the inadequate packing performed by the loaders from the sending location. My only criticism is the confusion regarding the start time, and the lack of a confirmation email to document a reservation. I do not recall being told there was a two hour start window. I expected an 800a start time since they were unloading only, and no other morning moves were scheduled ahead of my reservation. I wanted to get an early start before it became too hot. Needless to say, the un-loaders arrived at the end of the two hour window (1000a exactly) and quickly commenced with the task at hand. . I would recommend this mover to others.

The muscle, Carl and Christopher, did a really good job moving my household goods, carefully wrapping my things. They were very friendly and accommodating. The problem lies with management. I paid for my service online thru paypal. At the end of the move, I was required to pay for the service again because A&B movers had no record of me paying, even though I had confirmation that it was paid thru paypal. After a phone call to Alex at A&B Movers, he said he would look into it. One week later, no call from Alex and again, I called and talked to Alex to be reassured that he would look into. Another week went by, this time I phone a representative from Angie's LIst. They did have confirmation that I paid for the service and that they would contact A&B Movers to have them refund my money. A week later, Angie's List had still not heard from A&B Movers and Angie's List decided to reverse the paypal payment. I had my money back in a couple of days after that. So, would I do business with them again, probably not. Sorry Carl & Christopher, not your fault.

I was out of town when they came. I used them in the past three weeks. I would use them again.

I contacted A&B about 2 weeks prior to the move to set this up. I was given a breakdown of all the costs and was asked many questions regarding what I'm moving. We packed our own items and just needed help with the move. I also mentioned that I needed to stop at a storage unit to pick up the bulk of the household items. I was told the movers would call me between 7am-8am to let us know they were on the way. They called at 8am and arrived about 40 minutes later. After signing paperwork and showing them what we needed, the movers Shawn and Adrian started working. They were courteous, polite and worked efficiently. The only thing we had was a small scratch on our breakfast table, but that can be easily fixed with a furniture marker. Considering everything we had, I'm surprised we didn't have damaged items. We were very satisfied with the work and the price we paid.

Excellent service. Arrived promptly as scheduled. Completed the work very quickly and efficiently. Carried mattresses up and down stairs without any contact with stairwell walls. Crew of Mario & Gerald could not have done a better job. Highly recommended.

A&B Movers LLC seemed to be careful with my stuff. They were quick and the driver was very careful. They were polite.

A and B Movers did a fantastic job of moving us. They were great guys with great personalities. They met us at our storage unit, loaded the truck, and then went on to the apartment and loaded the truck. From there they took it all to the house, and unloaded everything. They were really fast, but also very careful with our stuff. I was beyond impressed. They had great work ethic and were really friendly. Moving is NOT fun at all, but these two guys seemed to really enjoy it (if you can believe it). We will definitely use A and B Movers again.

The two men arrived with a large truck on time full of energy and positive attitudes. They both worked very carefully and quickly using many padded covers on furniture. Both men communicated with us in a helpful way throughout the move. They were very quick and efficient wasting no time and placing things where we requested. They helped arrange the furniture and placed boxes out of the way in closets when asked. Nothing was broken or damaged as they took special care with all of the items making sure not to bang on door frames and walls. This company hires very smart and capable young men and I will hire them again for any future move.

I received three quotes from movers to take us from the San Antonio area to Houston. I just felt the movers I chose were more eager to please me than the others, and I appreciated the extra measures they took to make it a smooth transition. One thing I would change is that because our first house was going to stay on the market after we moved, I planned to leave some furniture behind for staging. The home sold quickly, and I had to have the movers bring the rest soon after. If I were to do it all again, I would just take it all with me on the first trip and hire a stager to put some things in the house. I never would have had the time to go back on check on the house anyway.

They did a great job. I've used them before and I would use them again. They were really good.
