 + -1 moreA service technician named Chris showed up the next morning at 8am!!! He was very prompt and really knew what he was doing and described why the test was required and how it protects the homeowner. My preventer had not been tested in quite a while and Chris noticed a little problem but fixed the device at no charge. He was very professional and immediately turned in all my paperwork to SAWS so my water wouldn't get turned off. . I am definitely going to recommend this company to my friends. Great service
Description of Work: I received a notice by SAWS requiring an annual Backflow test on my irrigation system by a certified backflow testing company. I found A&A Backflow on Angie's List and went on their web site. I was able to easily request and pay for the service online through their website on a Sunday evening. I requested immediate service as I almost waited too long and almost missed the SAWS deadline. I was shocked that I immediately got a reply email confirming everything.
