Went wonderfully. Contacted them and the next day someone was out and diagnosed the issue and replaced ONLY that component. Check the unit and blew out the lines and was gone. Ah the cool again.....

Repair job took about two hours and I will use him for future heating and aircondition repairs.

He doesn't try to sell me anything. He comes and fixes the problem and if he can't he lets me know that he can install a whole new air conditioner or heater. He doesn't come to sell; he comes to check and maintain. He does a very good job very quickly and very efficiently. He charges a good price and he is cheaper than others. I always use him.

They replaced our heater about six or eight years ago. They are responsive, they are on time, and they are timely. The service guys that come over are knowledgeable, neat, and friendly. Their cost is competitive with everyone else.

They sent one guy who has been working for me for many years. We are of the same age and he is very good.

If a serious problem comes up, he gets to us right away. He doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need.

He's a good man and I would give him A+'s across the board.

I live in a new home and my air conditioner was giving me a problem. I called A1 Air conditioner and they tried to sell me a new system. I was not satisfied with their opinion and called for a second opinion from another company. They told me that there was a little piece of copper tubing that was messed up. I felt the company tried to take advantage of me, and I am glad I asked for a second opinion.

I have trusted A1 for many years to service my air conditioner and heating system. The service men are always very punctual and efficient in getting things done quickly. In the fall, they check my heat, in the spring my air conditioner and we feel that regular maintenance checks keeps things running better. A 1 has done repair work for me over the years and we are always pleased with their prompt service work.
