 + -1 moreThey came out on a Wednesday, measured, gave us an estimate, took our rain glass panels to make the new enclosure and said that they would be ready to install on Tuesday. I took off of work on Tuesday, AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! Did not call to say there was a delay, JUST DID NOT SHOW! When I called around noon to ask where they were, they said they had missing parts and needed to remeasure. They came out about 2 hours later, measured and said they would be back after 5pm on Wed to install, and DID NOT SHOW UP OR EVEN CALL TO TELL ME THEY WERE NOT COMING, AGAIN! As unbelievable as this is, they DID THE SAME THING ON THURSDAY! I have called all day today, they only answered the phone once, said ''Mark'' was busy and would call back, and of course, HE HAS NOT! I WOULD GIVE UP EXCEPT THEY HAVE MY MATERIAL THAT THEY TOOK FROM MY HOME TO DO THIS JOB! BEWARE, GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I AM REPORTING TO THE BBB NOW!
Description of Work: This is UNBELIEVABLE but TRUE! We got several quotes on getting our shower enclosure redone in brushed nickle after having our bathroom remodeled. A1 Discount glass gave us a quote, TOOK OUR GLASS TO USE, since the only change necessary was from brass to nickle for the framing) AND NEVER CAME BACK! We still do not have our bath finished, they DO NOT RETURN CALLS AND STILL HAVE OUR GLASS! BEWARE, I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE; I NEVER ACTUALLY MET THE PEOPLE BUT TALKED TO THEM ON PHONE, THEY WENT TO HOUSE, GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE, CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD REPLACE IT, AND CALLED WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT MY HOME, REPLACED THE WINDOW, AND LEFT INVOICE ON DOOR.
Description of Work: THE FRONT WINDOW NEXT TO ENTRY DOOR WAS BROKEN, CALLED DISCOUNT GLASS AND THEY REPLACED IT.
