 + -1 moreThe service from 24-7 Computer Service was changing a small computer from Windows to Linux and installing a security camera, Wi-Fi enabled security camera. Changing the operating system on the network computer was maybe a year ago. The price was less than their competitor. They showed up promptly, got the job done and it worked. My interaction with the provider was fine. They got the security camera off running quickly, it was a Wi-Fi connection. They have 2 offices, one office in Boerne, Texas did the security camera and Bandera Texas did the operating system switch.
Description of Work: The most recent service, doing the Wi-Fi setup on the outside security system was 3 or 4 months ago.

 + -1 moreMr Stolz was Courteous, prompt, and did exactly what he said he would do. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Description of Work: He picked up my laptop & diagnosed the problem (a faulty connector ribbon from the keyboard to the screen). ordered and installed the part, and delivered my laptop back to me. He picked it up on 6/10/2013 & brought it back on 6/15/2013. The delay was due to waiting for the part to be delivered. Labor was $85 & the part was $10.

 + -1 moreI just call him and setup an appointment. He comes to the house and troubleshoots and works on it at the house. He will come at any time - whatever is most convenient to you. If needed he has taken the computer back with him to the office. I have usually gotten my computer back within a couple of days. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: I highly recommend this company. Ray is retired navy. He is very honest and dependable. He has worked on our computers in our home: a hard drive and a laptop for the past two years. He has done everything from uploading antivirus to rebuilding the hard drive. I highly recommend him.

 + -1 moreI call him and setup an appointment for him to come to the house. He is always on time. He will work on the computer at the house; troubleshooting and repairing if it can be done at the house. I couple of times he has taken the computer so he can work on it in the office. He usually has it back to me within the week but more likely within a couple of days.
Description of Work: Ray Stolz is the owner of the company. He is retired navy. He has worked on our computers: hard drive and laptop for the past two years. He has done everything from rebuild the hard drive and laptop, setup my printer and home network, troubleshoot problems we have when it is running slow, upload programs on my computer: such as antivirus. He is prompt and honest and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.
