210-Plumber

Russell was an amazing plumber. Real honest guy, I appreciated his willingness to share his knowledge with me while he was doing the install.

Russell and his crew were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. His prices are very reasonable. They were always on time for the appointments and always came prepared.

Gloria was friendly on the phone when I scheduled the work and well before they were scheduled to arrive, she called to let me know they would be running a little late. I very much appreciate the heads-up on the delay. Things come up and taking the time to alert your customers is good customer service. Russell and his apprentice were pleasant and did a good job. Russell explained what he would be doing, took the time to keep me informed of the progress, kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up afterwards. The price was very reasonable and they were able to provide me with a recommendation for sheetrock/drywall repair. When I need plumbing work, I will definitely be calling 210-Plumber!

After a week from the time they (123Plumber) came to my home to see what the entire job would entail and issue me an estimate, I was compelled to call their office twice . They never called me back, emailed me or reached out in any way. I asked what happened and was told that a "miscommunication" had occurred. I asked that something be sent to me in email for me to consider, and when I pressed the owner , Russel, for assurance that if they got the job, that it would be done in a timely manner, he said " find somebody else then". He hung up! Rudeness after an initial great first impression, is very disappointing. The delay is unforgivable. This job was to allow me to bring my 92 year old mother into my home to care for her. Time is of the essence. Very disheartened that Angie's List would have this company be representative of the quality of their preferred providers.

I had purchased the faucets to install myself. When I finally decided to do so, I quickly found out I am not a DIY person! I gave 210 Plumber a call just from the card with their number with no reference. When I spoke to them, they gave me a good solid estimate of what to expect. Then when they came in, they gave me a clear explanation of what they would do and what to expect. Of course, "while they were here" I asked about the toilet repair. Again, he checked , gave me an estimate and made sure they had time to do it. I was extremely impressed with how professional they were.... And very pleasant!

he has come out a few times now, he was referred to me by a friend. His pricing is pretty fair and honest, I don't have anything negative to say. about the company or the owner, Russell.
