+ 0 moreI have been going there for a while and usually never have a problem but this time the young man used the same rag that he dried the bottom of the car to do on the side of the car. This scratched up the car all over. I called the manager over and he said that his machines could not do that. Then he left to go talk to other customers.
Description of Work: I went in for a regular car wash.
