 + -1 moreHalf Price Movers was awful. I had a very bad experience with them. They broke some of my belongings, including a mirror and a wooden chair. They just threw my stuff around and were not careful with it at all. I didn't like their attitudes and I would not recommend them to anyone.

 + -1 moreI WOULD GIVE THEM AN EXCELLENT RATING. THEY DID NOT REQUIRE A LOT OF ADVANCE NOTICE AND WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS THROUGHOUT THE JOB. I FELT THAT THEY DID THINGS OVER AND ABOVE WHAT WAS STATED IN THE CONTRACT AND DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR IT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: 1/2 PRICE MOVERS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB MOVING US FROM A RENT HOUSE TO A NEW HOME. THEY MOVED ALL OUR LARGE FURNITURE AND PACKED BOXES. THEY SPEND APPROXIMATELY FIVE HOURS TO DO THE JOB AND HAD A CREW OF THREE.

 + -1 moreTHOUGH IT WAS THE WEEKEND AND END OF THE MONTH WHEN MOVING IS AT ITS PEAK, THE COMPANY SHOWED UP WITH 3 WORKERS ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE WORK WITHIN THE 3.5 HOUR ESTIMATE THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME. THE COST WAS CLOSE TO 50% CHEAPER THAN THE NEAREST OTHER ESTIMATE.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY GAVE US A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE AND LIVED UP TO THEIR ESTIMATE. WE HAD APPROXIMATELY 2 AND A HALF TRUCKS WORTH OF HOUSEHOLD GOODS THAT WAS ONLY BEING MOVED 5 HOUSES AWAY. ITEMS INCLUDED WASHER/DRYER, COUCH, AND 5 BEDS.
