He arrived exactly on time. He and his truck were immaculate and professional looking. Ryan was very knowledgeable in his craft. He answered my concerns in a way I could understand. As we could not locate an existing "breakout' (entry point for the rodding part of the deal), he suggested some alternate ways that he could at least do the televising part of the deal. Regulations require him to have a partner when going on the roof (to access roof vent). He offered to schedule installation of a breakout, and explained exactly how that would be done. As the additional cost was beyond me, no work was not done. But I was very impressed with his knowledge, patience and courtesy. Also, the woman who handles their scheduling was very cheerful and patient with my rescheduling. This is a very professional organization.
