+ -1 moreHe was putting another seal coat on our chip seal roads in our sub divison. He did the work for about 2 to 3 months off and on and one day just stopped coming. He never answers his phone, never returns messages and just dropped off the face of the earth.
Description of Work: He was chip sealing the roads in our subdivision.
