Description of Work: I asked for a quote from Tree Express to trim several trees in my backyard. It took me several days to get them to come out to give me an estimate, and when they finally did, it seemed costly ($1,600 to remove dead branches and trim branches away from the house) but I didn't think I had much of a choice. During the estimate they told me it would be about 4 weeks until they were able to actually come out and do the work. When I contacted them by email to schedule a time, they never responded. I found a different company who was able to accomplish the service for half the price, and did it the week I contacted them.

Description of Work: They trimmed my trees and bolted and cabled a tree that was split. They did a great job but it took 4 months to get job done. I will use them again and I recommend them.

Description of Work: I had three dead trees removed and the stumps grinded. Two of the dead trees were massive, and one was small. I was very impressed with the speed of the removal process. Luke provided the estimate and scheduled the date for service. Three other guys did the first part of the service starting right at 8am, and ending by 2pm with Luke as he assisted in grinding the stumps. Their cleanup is excellent. They used a leaf blower to ensure the layer of sawdust from their work was not left on my porches or driveway. Overall very impressed with professionalism, fainress of price, and quality of work.

 + 0 moreThere are two young guys in the company. Luke was the one who came out to service our trees. He was very good. The price seemed like a lot. He had to come out and do the whole thing. There was a tree near our garage and the driveway. We used to drive over the roots of the tree, which killed it. He came out and treated the tree. They are a good local company that we will use again. The price was a little higher. The guys, who work in the company, are extremely busy. They would call and say they won't be able to come out. They are not punctual. They are very professional.
Description of Work: Tree Express serviced all of our trees during the fall. We had a problem with several of the trees in our yard. He had to do a lot of cutting to remove the dead parts of our trees. We had a problem with some kind of bugs in the trees, so he had to treat all of the trees in our yard. We have 23 trees. He treated our lawn too because we had lawn issues.

 + -1 moreI had an urgency with a fallen tree - it had fallen on some power lines and fence and I need the tree removed right away. Tree Express re-arranged their schedule and removed it the same day they came to provide an estimate. They did it within a couple of hours. I was also impressed that my backyard looked better after the cleanup than before they came. They came to remove another fallen tree a few weeks later. Once again, they did it quickly and my carport area was left cleaner than before the tree fell. Their cleanup is TOP NOTCH! Luke Everett and his employees were extremely courteous, professional and very trustworthy. I'm definitely using them in the future for all my trees needs.
