+ -1 moreI use them all the time. They offer a maintenance agreements and I think it is a good idea because the heating and air conditioning system went beyond its expected life. They come out twice a year to check the system. They change the filter and check the parts for robust work. I will continue to use this provider again in the future. If we are under service contract, they take 10% off the parts. If we have an emergency breakdown, they don't charge overtime or special charges to come out. Sometimes, they are a little high on price. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Superior Services for heating and AC repairs. They do routine maintenance and repair.

Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater Dec. 2010. Hauled away old unit. connected heater to washing machine, returned and corrected problem with hot water tap; also cleared drainpipe blockage from washer. Previously installed new heating/ac unit; provide semiannual checkups under contract.

Description of Work: We pay for a service plan. The guy came today to check our unit for the winter. Every thing was in good condition. He detected no carbon monoxide. And he replaced our filter hence the charge.

+ 0 moreWhen I called for service to repair my Air Conditioner I spoke with Reba . I explained that I thought that the capcitor had gone out again on the outside unit of my Air Conditioner. They had replaced about one year earlier. When I asked if she thought I might receive any type of price break if the same problem exists, she said she din't think so she would have to ask her boss. I then asked when i could expect a repair man to visit the house she said she didn't know i would just have to wait. . When I reminded her that the outside temperatures were reaching 105 and that the house would be getting house quickly she relayed that I would just have to wait. My wife and I are both senior citizens. I will not ever bother to call this company again for service.
