Diane Soloff, is the worst property manager ever. I have already emailed the owner of the house I was renting to let him know that he might want to look into getting a new property manager. She had promised (since the day I moved in) to fix windows in the kitchen and bedrooms and they were never fixed? i lived there for one year. The property was in a nice neighborhood, but priced way to high? the houses around me were going for 800-900 dollars monthly and i was paying 1,100 dollars per month just for rent. I constantly called her and emailed her to tell her about repairs that were needed in the house, and most of the times she would have me trouble shoot on my own? which often made things worse. I moved out a month ahead of schedule but still payed the utilities for the month as per our lease and she is still holding my deposit claiming she needs to repair things with that money. Items that are NOT outlined on the lease as tenant responsibliities. I will take this lady to small claims court if i don't get my deposit back. If you are in search for a realtor to lease property from DO NOT RENT FROM DIANE SOLOFF!
