Description of Work: We called sng to have another cable box installed in our guest room. The woman I spoke with told me it would be an additional 7$ a month and thats it. However when the tech came he was 2 hours late and after he was finished he informed us that we would have to go in and sign a 2 year contract. That was not what the rep told us over the phone. The tech told us we needed to go in and sign the contract, but when we looked at the job the tech did we were horrified! He nailed a black cable line across the middle of our light gray house.We told sng we were not happy with this job and they immediatly came to our home requesting we sign a contract when we refused they came into our home and removed the box they installed and refused to pay us our money back. I would recommend that you go through Dish's main line if you need any kind of service done.

 + -1 moreThis is a failed attempt to acquire NEW service from SNG Satellite for Dish Network. So, I make the call for more information, which from the word GO and the poor enunciation, I should have known how this call was going to go. The man speaks with a strong latino draw and when I asked what the requirements were, he runs down the list faster than one can truly comprehend. I asked him to repeat, which was ignored, because by this time he's rambling out the most popular package and prices etc. I challenge him in this because their WEBSITE Clearly states Top 120 Dish America Gold 49.99. He tells me He's not aware of such package and that it's impossible for the website quoted price to be accurate and he proclaims himself to be the MANAGER! Honestly people, A MANAGER who doesn't know their own website and then ARGUES about the prices with customer rather than confirm the sites information. He was pompous, and arrogant with poor communication skills and this is what we have to choose from? I do not recommend this re-saler to anyone who wishes to keep an honest and open minded idea about GOOD customer service. I told him I would call his competition and his words of wisdom to me with a resounding arrogant tone were "Good Luck with That."
