+ -1 moreCan not recommend Pro-Moving strongly enough. My elderly mother and her husband were moving to San Angelo and I was unable to be there to help. I called and spoke with Cindy at Pro-Movers and arranged all the details over the phone. The movers arrived promptly as scheduled and when we had some unexpected circumstances - they were very accommodating. I will definitely use them again if I need movers in San Angelo.

+ -1 moreVery smooth - moving is stressful enough as it is, and the crew arrived early and were EXTREMELY personable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them for future needs.

Description of Work: Several items broken due to poor packing choices. Important family photos in glass were placed on bottom of boxes with a heavy PC monitor on top of them. A desk chair was broken and when asked about it I was told they would get back to me, they never did.

+ -1 moreArmando and his crew were courteous and careful. They took their time and took great care of all items. The move was completed in a reasonable amount of time and nothing was broken during the transition. If you need movers, Pro Movers is a great choice.

Description of Work: They were very quick. They knew I was paying by the hour so they were very quick about loading. I have a couple complaints. Firstly, they didn't bring a big enough truck. The guy said he had a bigger one but I guess it got sent elsewhere that day. So they couldn't even fit all of our stuff in the truck. After they left and we unloaded we had to come back and make several more trips. Secondly they sat my long dresses on its side on a flat dolly with nothing to protect it, scratching it. Also they scratched my stainless steel fridge. They did wrap it but it somehow got torn up. Other than that I think they did a good job... I mean I could be nit picky but their job wasn't easy and I think they did the best they could. Very friendly guys. I would recommend they invest in a GPS. They got lost going to our new house. :)

+ -1 morePro-Moving of San Angelo were punctual. They did good work. They didn't break anything. They were helpful with anything that wasn't packed. They took really good care and tried not to hit any walls or anything like that. They did about nine hours of work.
Description of Work: They helped me move my full house of furniture from across the state.
