I like that he is a one-man shop. When we call him and we have a real problem, he will come real fast. If he's got something that needs to be done, he will work us in pretty quick. I have never had it be the next day other than if I called late in the day for something. If we have something happening that's really bad, he will come real quick. It's kind of like he's on call; he is a home town boy. I call him back every time. My overall experience with him is good. I haven't used a whole lot of other people; I feel pretty sure that he is reasonable. I know that he is more reasonable than some other people that my friends have used. I have never had a problem with the quality. His responsiveness is awesome. If we have a real problem, he will show up. Otherwise, if he tells us he will be there in a certain time, he will be there. His punctuality is great, and he is very professional.
