We've used them a couple of times. They did a great job. They were early. We've used them several times and recommended them tons of times.

contractor walked out during middle of job and didnt finish. phone calls went unanswered

Two men showed up, but only one man worked. Every day the other man spent the entire time on the phone. When I called and told the owner the non-working man yelled at me. One time the non-working man stepped up on a ladder then stepped down into a 5-gal. bucket of paint and spilled it on my wood floors. He did clean it up. The owner was supposed to bring paint chips so we could select the correct shade of blue. It wasn't until the day they were supposed to paint that the owner's wife brought her own selections. She said we wouldn't like the ones we were considering. I insisted we be given our own choice of selections. btw, the wife had never been in our house and even if she had, it was presumptuous and rude to try to decide our choice of color for our living room. The painter did NOT strip the wallpaper, which was our agreement. Instead he sealed it with something. I called the owner and we agreed on a 15 yr. guarantee t;hat my wallpaper would not come down. Had I known they would not strip the wallpaper then I would have done it myself or hired someone else. After the texture and painting was done they took the plastic down and, whoosh, all dry powder blew all over my hall floors. The men wet the floors and ground the chalky stuff into the wood floors. They would not clean up--I tried several times. I called the owner again. It took awhile to get him to call back. Finally he sent a professional cleaner to not just clean but oil stain my floors. When she left I wiped down the oil.

Their prep was perfect. The worker at our house is very thorough and is doing great work. We have been just thrilled with the work they have done.

Terrible quality. Did not cover furniture or fixtures and paint was everywhere, paint drips in all rooms, did not repair drywall prior to painting, did not return phone calls, did not show up when said they would and never finished the job once paid. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
